We purchased a large solid oak dining table and 8 chairs from House of Oak and are delighted with it.
The delivery was quick and when there was a problem with the exact chairs we had specified, very similar ones were delivered and then the correct chairs were swapped a few weeks later when available.
At every stage the customer service and communication was 5 star and we are also very pleased with the table and chairs.
We definitely would recommend them.

We chose this range from House of Oak as it was the exact colour we were looking for and claims to be fully oak no mention of laminates. We purchased a small sideboard, tv cabinet and nest of tables. We were initially told we would have it in February but was delighted it arrived before Christmas.
When it arrived we were stunned that the only real oak appeared to be around 15% of the furniture the rest is veneer. The doors do not close properly hinges and handles tarnished, there were chips on the furniture albeit tiny but they were there. It is of a very ‘cheap’ standard but not a cheap price.
I have contacted the HOA on several occasions and they just do not get back to me customer service is diabolical. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from here. The blurb claims all oak furniture but it certainly is not!

I have bought quite a few items from House of Oak in the past. All their furniture is well made and top quality. Lots of stuff to look at and an interesting place to browse - I’m lucky, the shop is pretty local to me, but definitely worth a visit even if you don’t live in the area. Delivery date and time was spot on, and the delivery guy was a lovely, polite and helpful young man.

Took delivery of new dining table and chairs today. Excellent quality and just perfect. Excellent customer service from going to the showroom to order to delivery today. Although we had to wait quite a few weeks for delivery it was well worth the wait. The two delivery drivers were very friendly and polite, took care with assembling the table and continued the excellent customer service from the House of Oak. We have purchased other items previously and have always been very pleased with the high quality. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered 3 items. Unfortunately we were told one item would be next year due to delivery issues from abroad.
However, two items were to be delivered as a part order. Kept up to date at all times by company. Received date and time slot from delivery crew. Items delivered earlier than stated, bonus. Delivery done by Chris, who assembled the item, a desk, and placed in relevant room. Chris was a credit to House of Oak and look forward to seeing him again when last item delivered. I would totally recommend House of Oak.

I bought a larger unit from House of Oak as they had it in stock and available for immediate despatch. Delivery was good. I was informed when it would arrive and the two man team that delivered it took it to the room of my choice. Item was exactly as described and I’m really happy.

Absolutely gutted. Today I was told that the dining set I order back in Summer is not likely to be delivered until at least end January. I have a new kitchen waiting for a table and chairs. Because of this delay I have cancelled the order, and now have to find another set. I'm so gutted, but must say all feedback was requested by myself and was not forthcoming. What a waste of 3 months.

This is our second purchase from House of Oak, great communication from time of ordering regarding delivery of your items. Delivery super smooth and fantastic furniture, we will be placing our next order soon.

Staff were really helpful on the phone before placing the order, and then when arranging delivery. The people who delivered or wardrobe and put it together were extremely helpful, and it's a lovely piece of furniture. Couldn't be happier!
