ONLY LOOKED AT WEBSITE- several weeks ago and been bombarded up to four times a week sometimes more even though unsubscribed every unwanted email. Ruddy nuisance and feels like harassment.Would prefer an option to give no star.

STAY AWAY AND BUY ELSEWHERE. Bought a nice pearl necklace for my wife for Christmas, in the pictures it looked amazing - arrived in a plastic bag with no gift box as I had requested and paid for for Christmas. It's now January and the necklace is falling apart, not cheap buy elsewhere!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY! The earring backings were bent. When a gently straightened them (they were extremely thin) they broke off. I am so disappointed. They will NOT take them back even though they were shipped damage because all earring sales are final. BUYER BE WARE. I have purchased fake jewelry from Claires that were made better.

Placed an order on 12/3 and was told shipping in 2-3 days. Today is 8 days and NO tracking, no communication whatsoever. I reached out to the company. After waiting for them to check, I received a new email stating my item is out of stock and would I like something else? I never received any communication from this company until I reached out to them. I clearly can see why they have a "F" rating with the BBB.

I am so very disappointed in the quality and size of the necklace. I especially detest the chain and how cheap it appears. This is my first and last purchase.

Beware! Do not buy from them.
There’s no customer support—their chat line is terrible and they don’t respond to emails.
I received a pair of earrings with dangling pearls, and one was defective—the pearl wasn’t even attached, yet they still shipped it to me.
Despite trying to contact them multiple times, I got no reply.

I’ll take the loss on that pair of earrings, but shame on you.
Karma is real. If this is how you run your business, people will take notice.
Buyers, be warned—I’ll be much more cautious with sellers like this from now on.

i got the bracelet as my daughter tried it on it broke,they won't give me a refund or send a new one, now i have to spend $100 to get it fixed

Scam website! Took my money for one month, nothing, no communication. Thanks to PayPal that I’ve got my money back.

Bought a pair of golden pearl earrings from them ~aud$750 because they are a bit cheaper than other brands . Disappointed as they look dull, greenish, smaller than the actual size. Emailed them for an exchange one day after receiving, still no reply after 3 months
(Im a pearl lover and got around 10 items ranging from ~$400-$2,300 from a few vendors)

When I saw other people's feedback, I was a bit worried as I had already placed an order...
When I got the goods, I was positively surprised. The products were nice and corresponded to the pictures on the webpage.
To the ones who were so negative on this forum, I can only say: You can NOT expect a Rolls Royce if you only pay the price of a VW...

They advertised 9-10mm pearl earrings, when they arrived I measured the pearls, they were 5-6mm at most and very small, the clasps on one was broken.
I contacted them and so far no result, they just told me to measure them, like I was stupid. I took a picture of my own 10mm pearl earrings against what they sent me and sent it back. They were less than half the size.
They just made an excuse that my pearls were a more superior quality and did not compare. I didn’t send it to them to compare quality, it was to compare size.
Now all I can do is leave reviews about the poor quality of their product to warn other customers.
I am sure all their customer reviews on their face book post were false reviews. I have requested a full refund but I don’t expect to see it.

I have ordered a pearl necklace. When I received it I felt it wasn't an authentic freshwater pearl necklace, the box it was in had an odour as from a plastic factory. I returned it 2weeks ago, since then no refund. Is that a scam?
