The customer service wasn’t good

The customer service wasn’t good. The girl who replied to me didn’t understand the term ‘dimensions’ which I thought was odd. The picture I received was smaller than anticipated. They said this is because when you select ‘full bleed’ the size decreases by 10%. But you select the size before you select if you want full bleed.

The quality of the framing was not good for the price- it’s nothing special. It also constantly creaks which drives me crazy and so think this is because there is tension in the frame.

Anyway the result is still nice, but definitely not worth the money

Poor customer communication

Poor customer communication. Too long to wait for shipment . I ordered my print August 1 . It’s August 27. It still has not shipped out. I have reached out to them via email three times. And I am failing to hear back. I would never buy from this company again. They don’t have a phone number either which stinks . No no no !

Received a framed print as a gift

Received a framed print as a gift, but the hanging hardware was installed on the wrong side. The company offered a $50 refund or a replacement, which I appreciated at first, but ultimately found the experience disappointing for a piece costing over $ 500. They never sent the promised return label for the replacement, and didn’t provide a solution for return packaging, even though I had no box. It felt like I was left to clean up their mistake.

Beautiful Print and Great Customer Service

Ordered one of their beautiful prints and am so happy with it - top notch quality! Even better is that they went above and beyond to get my piece to me quickly so I could hang it in just the right spot ahead of my housewarming party.

Our overall experience with House of…

Our overall experience with House of Spoils, and their customer service team, especially Grace, has been incredible. They really made sure we were happy with our piece and really made sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much for your help Grace; we love our new giant print in our new house.

I ordered a beautiful framed photo from House of Spoils and the quality is fantastic. The photography arrived at my home quickly and in great condition. I would highly recommend purchasing art from this company as the photography is unique, the framing is top notch and the pieces look beautiful in my home.

Beautiful photos but so poorly framed

Beautiful photos but so poorly framed. In particular the acrylic cover is glossy and very reflective, meaning you see the reflection rather than the photo in a bright room. Frame itself also looks cheap in real life, doesn’t justify the premium pricing.
