really good customer service order followed up by a phone call to see if they can help anymore ,il def be ordering my worktops in next couple of weeks as my samples were amazing

Very fast delivery. Good competitively priced. Only downside was the expensive installation kit which was plastic biscuits , 3 small clamps a tiny bit of glue/ filler, a tiny bit of cleaner and sandpaper for £31

Bought a walnut desktop from House of Worktops for my Flexi 4 leg sit/stand desk. Absolutely love it. Good comms and delivery. I did the sanding and osmo oil myself based on their YouTube vids. Surface is perfect and looks beautiful. Just what I wanted to create my ideal rig. I made my son a desk from the off cut. Would recommend if you can splash out.

I very much appreciate that my delivery is able to be brought forward two days. The worktops are on the critical path of my project schedule and this is really helpful to enable my fitter to work efficiently, without him wasting any time.

Delivery information was very good, given estimated time, I could track van on the day, so had updated arrival time at all points.

Very impressed with my worktops. A little bit of confusion when ordering over all parties understanding the drawings and sizes etc. Delivery was delayed twice due to problems with their CNC cutting machine but this can happen to any company. Not a major problem as the worktops were for a property we had not yet moved into.

Just ordered sample, quick and efficient, will be ordering worktop within the next month. If the sample was anything to go by, excellent.

The website could do with a bit of a better user experience when it comes to how to select cuts etc, but clearly they have put so much effort into great customer service and good value products - I definitely wouldn't complain!
