I can honestly say these were a pleasure to deal with, their website is very user friendly which is essential in my line of work. Once ordered the response is very quick asking when I would like the worktops delivered or to collect and they only need 24 hours notice for custom sizes to be ready. Worktops arrived, all custom sizes correct and not a fault in all 10 pieces. Aftersales has been very good to work with too, my customer asked for another extra worktop and it was accomodated even though I'm outside their normal delivery area. Great to deal with people that care instead of some faceless corporation.

Got exactly what I needed & wanted. I was after a bar top used chatgpt to help me choose best looking compact laminate, ordered samples, got Chatgpt to tell me how to approach measurements, corners, sides and holes and ended up successfully ordering a great product configured correctly. Very quick delivery for a custom work top.

House of Worktops provided a high quality solid wood worktop cut to the exact size I needed. Their minimum length is 1 metre but they were happy to trim it to 73 cm to suit my space.

I sent for a sample of the worktop I liked the look of and it arrived really quickly. Being able to look at it in situ with the tiles I've chosen was really good - and I will be buying from them.

Ease of purchase, speed of delivery, good customer service.

Asked for a particular worktp sample which was very good and enabled me to see if it would possibly suit my kitchen. Still trying to make my mind up.
May order a different sample from you soon as well.

The worktop was ok but I was expecting 27mm thick and end was reduced 24mm for 200mm.good job I only needed 1800.other than that it is fine.

House of Worktops was the cheapest supplier that I could find for oak worktops and the process went smoothly. The delivery team arrived within the timeslot allocated, although the slot started at 6:50am and I waited until 8:20 for them to appear. For many people this wouldn't have been a problem, but the delivery address was 30 mins from my house, so it was a needlessly early start.
The worktops themselves are "fine", but they're not as well finished as walnut tops I've bought in the past. They needed fully sanding to remove roughness and splinters. They both had a good side and an unusable side, so there's less flexibility when picking which grain colours and patterns you prefer to have visible.
Overall I'm happy with the value, but being honest it wasn't a five-star experience.
