Typical experience of a drop shipping company. Limited customer support. Ordered on 15 December 2025 delivered on 30th January 2026.
Made a spelling mistake while ordering. Contacted them on 18th December got a reply a week later that the order is in production and cannot be changed.
The thing that got delivered today goes directly in garbage. Waste of €90.
Better to order directly from AliExpress. More materials and designs available. Similar delivery time, Chinese are more accommodating of change requests.

First, we are absolutely not a dropshipping company. We manufacture every sign ourselves in our own factory using high-quality, durable stainless steel. This is significantly different from the cheap plastic materials often found on marketplaces like AliExpress.
Regarding the timeline: Our records show your order was placed on December 24th (not Dec 15th). We received your request to change the spelling on January 2nd, and our team replied within 48 hours on January 4th. Since our production process had already started by then, we could unfortunately not pause it to make changes.
We see that your order has been delivered today. We understand that the delay during the holiday season was frustrating. To make up for this, we have just sent you an email offering to produce a brand new nameplate for you—with the correct spelling—completely free of charge.
