I like that House Trip kept in contact from the minute we made a booking right up until after we arrived at our property. I also like that they provided contact details in case of problems that's really helpful.
I definitely would use them again.

The communication between HouseTrip and the houseboat owner was very good. Each communication was responded to promptly, and I like the safe guards that are in place (particularly the payment to host which is delayed until after 24 hours following arrival) which are reassuring.

I used Housetrip in a number of occasions and my advice is: study the hosts and the descriptions of the apartments carefully and there is a little chance that you can go wrong.

Cecile's place was great! Her place is beautiful and is exactly as she described. Our host was a very friendly and helpful person and the house was big, clean and with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.There are restaurants, patisseries, grocery and fruit store nearby. The bus stop is just few steps from the house. We really enjoyed our stay.

House trip has been wonderful. We stayed in four different properties Sicily, Rome, Florence and Venice and had great accommodation is every place. Its a great way of enjoying a holiday with much more freedom than being in a hotel and having the ability to travel light because of the facilities in the properties.
It was our first time and it will be the first of many!

Visited Paris through House trip all went well and the house owner was easy to contact and was flexible with our arrival arrangements On walking to the area it seemed a little run down but once arrived it was fine. The accommodation suited our needs You would need to be careful if you could not handle stairs very well as the spiral staircase was a bit steep

Very satisfied with first HouseTrip booking. Trepadacious booking from overseas but all aspects were smoothly executed and the property was as detailed in the advert. Would definitely book again with discount encouragement.

We had a problem with both our properties in Italy. I phoned the HouseTrip number in England and got through straight away. Very quickly, both hosts contacted us and things were sorted to our satisfaction.
It has given us enormous confidence in HouseTrip and we will definitely use them in the future.

We used House Trip for the first time and had a super experience. The communication and all information about the apartment we booked in Paris was send to us in full and House Trip communicated all the time until after our stay thus we felt secure and safe to use them again in future for all our bookings.

Efficient, helpful and easy to use. Able to phone the team if needed but were kept informed and all logistics ran smoothly.

Booked and paid £400 . Apartment was canceled. House Trip gave us some suggestion and we picked one. They said they would arange the booking. 5 days later after many e mails no response from House Trip.

Paying the full amount of money on making the booking, eleven months before the holiday. Next time we will use booking.com.

We were very happy and comfortable in this central 6th floor studio flat. The 2 flights of stairs we had to climb were neither steep nor long. We had plenty of room.
