It was a seamless experience, Their staff is very professional. They will show you all possible options available in your desired areas. They also offer some cash back if you close the deal through them.

I had another wonderful experience with the Housiey team while booking my second flat, this time at Puravankara Northern Lights in KIADB.

I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with Housiey, specifically with Tripti from their Ahmedabad team. They are proactive and responsive only until the property is sold and the booking amount is collected. Once the payment is made, they simply stop answering calls.

In the early stages, written commitments were made that were later walked back. It has been over a month of repeatedly trying to contact her with zero response. When my wife finally managed to get through to her on a call, she promised, "Sure, I will get back to you," but another month has passed and she completely disappeared without following up.

This was my first experience with Housiey, and while I hope the entire organization does not operate this way, dealing with this representative has been completely unprofessional. Please be cautious before handing over your money.

Even their business model stinks!

They exist because the builders of new residential projects want to discount but do not wish to be seen reducing their price. Agencies like Housiey would promise a cashback (~5%) but then the mess begins.
1. All you receive is a verbal promise & cashback has to wait much after the sale deed registration. Once there, you’ll find that person who promised is no longer working with the agency.
2. Builder would pretend complete ignorance even though it was the key architect of the deal.
3. Agency would want to levy all its tax liabilities over to you; meaning, if you factored cashback in your cashflow, it goes for a toss.
It’s a high sum game in which you end up as a pawn even though you’re the one whose money it is.
