do not deal with this company!!
They will not respond to requests for return of product that will not fit my furniture. Persistent emails have been ignored and their return policy is nonexistent. Total rip off

I've been happy with my seat covers. They fit my chairs well, contrary to some of the other comments here, and lifted the look of my space.

I also ordered the plastic seat leg covers. They fit well but they don't 'slide' on the floor. This means that I had to lift the seat to move it which wasn't practical, so I threw them out as it was expensive to return.

I ordered the couch cover. They sent me the incorrect print. I had to pay just as much to return it foe exchange so I threw that in the bin too.

So, 1/3- overall, not the best service.

I did email them They want photos the the chair covers they sent me well I dont have a smart phone I only have a flip phone now what do I do. Reading the reviews & I am in SHOCK. What do you want me to do with these 8 chair covers. that do not fit.?? On the USPS Ground Advantage I will mail this back to LIBO 2100 E 49th St. Vernon Ca 90058,they can send it back to China. Shame on you HOUZPLUS you stole money from a lot of customers.

Return system is useless as it will cost you way too much to exchange.
Also I’m not sure I want to risk placing another order as the quality is poor.

If I could do a negative review I would. I, like other customers, placed an order. I did so back in November of 2023. I received the order which ran me about $80 for 8 seat covers. I was so excited, but equally disappointed when they didn’t fit. I searched for the steps to return the covers, emailed as directed, and no response. I sent 3 additional emails and still no response. So I’m stuck with covers that don’t fit and HouzPlus has ghosted me. I’m beyond irritated. Do Not Order from this company!!!

I ordered chair seat covers - they did not fit. Per company directions I requested a return form. Never got a response. Tried a few more times with still no response.

i did not know they were located in China and the product although was fine did not fit my chairs as they were chair covers. I asked for a refund they said if I want to refund I have to return them and pay for shipping to China ups or fedex which i find out is 100s of dollars
emailed them twice and they ghosted me

I ordered chair covers and thought I chose a different pattern; the company said they would send me a return label if I bought others; but after several emails they told me I had to send back to their warehouse in china, at my expense. Cost was $28.85 close to half of my purchase. Poor customer service

I bought chair seat covers and they looked yellowish instead of tan so I returned them out of the country was the address I had to send them to and cost me $28 for postage that was 4 months ago and they still say they did not receive so now I'm out a total of $108 for something I don't have . I will never order from this business again, buyer beware.

I ordered 2 sofa covers that's are supposed to fit a 3 seater.
They do not fit... I'm very very disappointed and hoping I can get a refund.

I ordered chair covers and they were not delivered, the tracking number said it was returned to the seller, I have so far sent 3 emails, theydo not reply,The price for 2 chair cover ended up costing $174.00 AU...this company is a either a scam or a very badly run one. I will never deal with them again.

Ordered magic couch covers expecting them to be waterproof and leakproof as advertised on their adverts and website but they weren't. False advertising. Do not buy from them.

The jacket I ordered was nothing like the picture very poor quality .. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this place worse ever. Delivery went all over China then all over Australia before u even receive it . The exchange policy is stupid as u need to open the package & the item doesn’t come with labels anyway 😡

I ordered chair covers and they ended up not fitting. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with as far as returning an item. They ask for pictures and give you a hard time about returning it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I just literally purchased the contrasting lambswool coat for $39.99 and standard delivery of $7.95, why then has it cost me nearly $70? You only know the full price after purchasing the item, why is that?

I ordered a cover for 2 seat after making sure all the measures met ,they sent me a way smaller cover that doesn’t fit my sofa.
Don’t waste your money.
They asked to send it back to chine which will cost me more then what i paid ,and its their mistake for sending what i think is the 1 seat cover

They do not stand behind their return policy. I ordered white but got tan. They will not tell me how to return them but want pictures to show them they're not white.

I placed an order with Houzz on 2/10/22. Houzz incorrectly addressed the package and it was returned and picked up by Houzz in Cedar Grove NJ. I dont have the items I ordered and was charged $85 for stuff I never received. Attempts to contact Houzz have been futile, they keep sending me back the USPS tracking which shows my items were picked up in NJ where I do not live. I will never order from Houzz again their customer relations personnel are uncooperative

Do not order anything from these people they will not communicate with you they're tracking is not correct by any means and I'm fighting with them right now through PayPal to get my money back
