The platform is great, some clients put a project on and don't reply to any contact made but I guess that cannot be controlled. Well done Houzz

Good site, well supported

Houzz is a well oiled marketing machine oriented to the building construction sector. It has an integrated CMR system providing a single source of communication for everyone in the project giving the customer and consultants alike full transparency of the whole process. I appreciate the perceived professionalism that this system gives my business.

It has been a Fantastic Experience working with Houzz.

Found the area I was assigned for many years not delivering opportunities but now a consistently difficult customer base, who were not good to my crews. Things had changed over the last few years - plus the area had got further out of the original area - more hinterland, now too far to travel. Melissa listened to my issues and helped me move into a area that is more suitable to me and my brand and my band of workers.

Houzz is not only a great repository of thousands of design ideas but also provides links to design and construction professionals across the industry. The website directs potential clients to my profile and website and can connect me directly with a future client all of which is a great return on my yearly investment in marketing and advertising with them.

Don’t use this online website to get your work done with contractors that’s listed. The contractor that I used was dodgy, used different company Identity to quote the work, when issue arises with work, I approached houzz and they supported the dodgy contractor. Stay away from this site .
