My son love it. Certified by Safe. Made me feeling good. My son's sister want one. I have to buy her one hoverboad. Thank you for safe hoverboad.

DO NOT BUY FROM HOOVERBOARD USA! Deceptive advertising, disappointing product (DOA), service that does NOT deliver. Protect yourself from wasted time, money and aggravation!.
My grandson was sent his Christmas hoover board, we did everything we could to make it work. Called no answer "try to connect you" said the answering mechine. Sent emails, reply was, return at your expense we will warranty, fix or repair!. $$$ what? I am going to have to seek other avenues to get taken care of. BAD BAD, same on HOOVER BOARD USA!

Hoverboards are good quality. My only issue was with one of the charging cords being defective.

I bought this hoverboard for my 11 year old nephew for Christmas. Let me just say, he screamed with excitement when he opened the package. He LOVES it! One of the best gifts he received for sure!

Thanks Hoverboardusa, you cost me more money....Bought two hoverboards for my two oldest granddaughters, they love them, now the little one, which is 5 years old has mastered the hoverboard. Now I have to buy another one for her.....They tell me this is the best present ever...

The hover kart seat we received was faulty, but after contacting the Hoverboardusa about it they immediately sent out a replacement, which we received within 2 days and which worked perfectly.

I was charged $40 more than the price that was listed when placed in my cart. I started a ticket with the vendor and have no heard a word back from them. The product itself is wonderful, and my daughter loves it, but the bait and switch sales is not right and I hope others dont fall in this trap.

Shipping was fast, Hoover board seems to be of good quality thus far. Son opened on Christmas and has been enjoying ever since. The only con is the battery doesn't seem to hold charge as long as stated. The first day of using the kids had to recharge multiple times throughout day and they were just riding around in house. I can't imagine they were going anywhere near 12 miles between charges?

I really want to give Hoverboardusa a rating of 0...we actually order 2 boatds the first one we never received and after we ordered the second one I see why we didn't rec3 it . The hoverboard came in a cardboard box with a picture of what was inside and a description also not in a retail box as it says on the website. So we are certain someone took the first one whether it was FED-EX or porch pirates. I have never ordered anything online that didn't come in a retail box and then inside of a cardboard shipping box so it doesn't automatically reveal what's inside the box. And now to the second one we had to order to make sure my granddaughter's Christmas gift would hopefully get here on time since we never received the first one....well it came and it was not what we purchased it was a hoverboard but not the same model or color and I received no indication or notification that it was out of stock until after the fact and we had paid our money and received it and I asked for this one to be signed for but it was left on our porch good thing I was at the door at the time it was delivered!!!!! Poor handling and poor customer service because no one tried to compensate or rectify the situation

Came just in time for Christmas and my daughter couldnt be happier. Although there is an issue connecting the bluetooth, seems to not want to connect to any of the devices I have. My child loves it though, just wish the bluetooth worked with her phone.

Dont let the name fool you. These hoverboards are from China. Hoverboardusa is a brilliant name that makes people feel more secure about where the product is coming from. I purchased the offroad version. After 3 days, the left side has stopped working and no troubleshooting has corrected the issue. Now we get to play the game of returning the hoverboard and getting a new one that may or may not work as intended.

So far, so good. He's still getting used to it, but he loves it. (13y.o.) It makes a steady, deep-tone beep while it's on. We tried connecting it to Bluetooth, but that didn't seem to work. We haven't called yet to get it straightened out yet though, but other than that it's been great so far.
