Excellent product, at a great price!

The hover boards work great. But when I ordered them it said 2 to 4 days to ship. When they shipped it was 10 days out. When I called customer service they were of no help and told me there was a disclaimer at checkout that said it may take longer cause of the holiday. There was no disclaimer. The items did arrive Christmas Eve. Thanks you fed ex for delivery three days earlier than expected.

Ok so I recently purchased a "Self Balance Scooter" and the order was sent as promised timely with no issues. My son has used the scooter and have had no issues mechanically. The scooter may be the highest quality scooter around, only time will tell that. However, your company is called Hoverboard USA (USA's Hoverboard Store) and your product is made in China!!!! I honestly thought I received the wrong order when I saw where it was made and then I just felt deceived. I had to go to your website to find out what the fine print said and saw "Why Choose Us?" "Based" in United States of America and it reads "Unlike a lot of our competitors, we're based the good 'ol USA. We also stock our inventory here as well, so no worrying about whether your purchase is going to take weeks and be shipped from China" COME ON! Are you kidding me? The deception of your name disgusts me. Just because you claim to stock some inventory in America, this should not give you the creative license to have such a name. In my disappointed opinion, you should indicate in your "Why Choose Us" section that these units are made in China.

Right out of the box, it didn't work. The company expected me to ship it back at my expense. I did get them to send a shipping label, but they won't send another product until they receive & inspect. Tell my kid that...

Quick shipping even for a last minute Christmas gift. Boards were great the alterrain tires really worked great! So far so good!

Shipping was on time with lots of customer notifications. Product is excellent. Simple and easy to follow owners manual. Grandson loves it!!

I bought four of the hoverboards all of the boards run ok but one of them we can’t get the blue tooth to work .lcall hoverboard USA they said the blue tooth was not covered under the warranty to look for a loose wire go there hoverboard.com under trouble shoot I am not happy with hoverboard USA. Please stand behind your product

I can't say anything about customer service yet bc I just emailed them about the hoverboard we paid $280 for and when we unboxed it there were scratches all the way to the metal but since it was only a couple days from Christmas and the board appeared to work ok we charged it, repacked it and wrapped it!! Well to our disappointment only two days after Christmas my son was riding it and out of nowhere the left side stopped operating and threw him off and the board tumbled in the driveway!! The left side foot pad had a red light and beeping for no apparent reason we also noticed the wheels appear to be cambered inward and not straight like they should be!! I emailed hoverboard USA with a request for them to send a return label to replace the hoverboard that we purchased as NEW but appears to be used or remanufactured at first glance!! We will see what they offer from here anything less than prepaid return lable and NEW replacement will be unsatisfactory and we will pursue any legal action possible against them for selling a potential dangerous hoverboard under false advertising!!

We purchased the metallic finish for our 10 year old daughter for Christmas. The overall construction seems sturdy and well built. The bluetooth speakers work well with my daughters Ipod as long as she has it on her while riding, it loses connection past 6 feet. She loves the flashing lights. Battery life is remarkably good. I am disappointed in the chrome finish however. The paint has already chipped off in several places just in the few days she's been riding indoors. It already looks like a well used toy. The only other concern is how quickly it takes off when you're trying to get on. My daughter has to jump on quick while it has already started moving, it frequently darts out from under her when she's trying to get on causing her to fall. I wish that it had a few second delay feature for safer mounting. I highly recommend a helmet and pads for any parent purchasing a hoverboard for kids, a simple misbalance or error in mounting will cause them to fall. I also don't think this should be used for kids much younger than her. It requires focus and consistency to get the hang of and a child can easily get injured. Overall my daughter loves it. I just wanted to point out a few design flaws.

All was great except the shipping. I live in central Florida. The product was shipped from south Florida to California before being shipped back to Florida and put on a truck to me. Took a week from order date to receipt of product. Seems a little silly. Great product though.

Entire process was easy and hoverboard arrived on my door step just a few days after ordering.

Thanks, great workmanship, & quality. Christmas gift for 12 year old daughter. Stepped on it like it was natural, and hard to get her off.

Great product great price great packaging, shipping and handling. Only thing is, I thought for sure I had purchased the bags that go with the boards, but they said I didn’t and it was a coupon deal where if you bought a board you got a free bag- and I bought 3 :(
