Outstanding First Aid Training Provider for families and businesses

If we ever come across a casualty who is not breathing, providing it is safe, we should commence the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). This will raise their chance of survival to 15%. If we use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) their chances raise to over 80%

I highly recommend everybody to go for a first aid training, especially when it is not usually required by law or work. It may make a difference between somebody's life and death.

Last weekend I had a chance to participate in such training with my family. It was a Christmas gift (what a brilliant idea!).

This one full day training was delivered by fantastic Christine Howe from How2 Training and I wanted to use the opportunity to thank her for making this day very special. We covered a lot and although I hope we will never have to use much of it, at least we got the very basics, taught in a practical way with sophisticated smart connected mannequins, which gave us the touch and feel how to carry out the CPR and apply AED.

Christine created a relaxed atmosphere that helped to absorb a lot of the information during the day. She is a fantastic teacher, who takes time to answer all the questions from students.

Outstanding service!!
