Cons:
Dishonest Communication: My recruitment process was halted under the false premise that I "wasn't responding to emails." After I provided evidence to the contrary, the Leadership Manager admitted in writing that I had always been in contact "in a timely manner." It is unacceptable to invent "lack of interest" narratives to cover up internal negligence.
Poor Talent Management: Despite admitting the fault of the assigned Recruiter, the Manager refused to change my point of contact to restore trust. They prioritized administrative convenience over transparency, choosing to lose a qualified candidate rather than resolve a clear operational error.
Lack of Respect for Data Privacy: Upon formally requesting the permanent deletion of my personal data from their system, the Leadership Manager evaded the request. He closed the communication without confirming the data purge, ignoring a formal legal request regarding data privacy rights.
Advice to other developers:
Don't waste your time with this agency. They seem more focused on inflating their "talent pool" to keep options on file than on filling real vacancies with professional follow-up. Their recruitment system is flawed; if any communication issues arise due to their own mistakes, they will choose to blame you or ignore your privacy requests rather than admit an internal failure.
