Kayaking with Howlanders at Heinabergslon was a truly unique kayaking experience and we've been kayaking for 40 years! Paddling out into the glacial lagoon where the sky and freezing water is the same color as the surrounding icebergs can only be described as surreal and other-worldly. We'll never forget that experience where sky and lagoon blended completely together...eerie and cool!
Loved it when the guides told us to get up some speed and ram this giant iceberg (that we'd been paddling around), so they could pull up our boats. We put on crampons, walked all over this massive iceberg and my silly husband even drank some thousand year old iceberg water!
The guides were so mellow and they had us suited up in dry suits that made me feel safe even if we tipped, which thankfully didn't happen. I've recommended this trip to friends already and maybe I'll get the chance to kayak with Howlanders again. :)

This experience we booked with Howlanders was truly exceptional. We felt well taken care of and although the price seemed like a lot, we actually felt like we got a lot for what we paid for. Especially when you compare their prices to other tour services. Communication was great and transportation vehicles were very nice and well kept. The entire experience was a 10/10!

The whole process was very seamless. Howlanders were able to arrange transportation from the airport and everything. I had several questions both during and after booking and they responded very quickly.

Great tour for competitive price. Very well organised. Felt like a really full day, but not rushed or chaotic at all. Had plenty of time to view glacier and explore walkways from main viewing side of lake, and then really got to soak it in from so many different angles on the other side with the walks and talks along the shore and forest. The trekking on the ice itself was great. Didn't feel crowded; and exciting enough without feeling dangerous. Guides were good fun and knew the right balance between exploring and stopping to take photos. Worth the price tag overall for an unforgettable experience.

WORTH IT !!!! DEFENTLY BEST PRICE & FAIR !!!! we had such an amazing experience, we will never forget. our guide "remy' was such an a friendly & lovely person. also very funny & he has a big knowledge about everything in the amazonas (animals, plants, weather etc...) he was very helpful & has adapted to us. we were allowed to decide what we wanted to do and when. and the lodge, was for a beautiful place on earth. we had our one lodge & it was very lovely & big. the bed was covered with a Mosquito net, big plus & also very comfy. AND THE FOOD ... the kitchen boss "frank" can definitely cooking. I'm vegetarian & he adapted to me a lot & not only left out the meat. he cooked something extra. It was so delicious, we wanted to take it with us for our onward journey. The Portion was more than enough. We left very happy & cant complain about anything. Thank you so much everybody for this amazing adventure in the beautiful amazonas. RECOMMEND !!

Information provided by Howlanders was easy to understand & closely matched what we experienced during O circuit of Torres del Paine National Park Patagonia. There were no issues during walk, with documentation provided by Howlanders for camping facilities, food all being in order & things ran very smoothly during walk.

Good value for money. Would love to have walked more and have some time outside of the van (which was really hot). Also, you must be into lakes for this tour. Great tourguide: Max.

The Guide Jose, he was great!
The Program was really good.
The Last Hotel was not so good, they do not have shouwer curtains sp the whole small bathroom was under Water.
The second Driver Walter was unfriendly and leazy.

We did the 3 day tour from San Pedro de Atacama to uyuni. The price was very fair for the experience we had. Howlanders were very responsive over email with questions we had. The actual tour itself was an amazing experience, our guide Rolando was the best!

We booked this excursion because the website was very clear of what we would be doing. We did the VIP which is highly recommend. It is definitely worth the money everything was flawless. It was a wonderful experience. 

I had a great experience booking the 4 day W trek. The website was clear and everything matched or exceeded my expectations. In addition they were responsive over WhatsApp and took care of all of my doubts. I would highly recommend their services to friends.

My husband and I did a 3-day salt flat tour from San Pedro and couldn’t be happier! Everything was very well organized and we had the best driver, Juan! He explained everything so that we could understand even if our spanish is not great. Got so many great pictures and memories!

Howlanders did a great job setting up our trip on the W trek, made it easy to just go on the trip and not worry about packing camp gear as that was all included as well as not having to worry about meals. Very easy travel experience. Thank you!
