Lifespan less than 1 year

For the second year in a row, I had to replace their connectors. Autoreel broke within 7 month of use. Invested more than 400 pounds into their products…
Slowly replacing it all… frustrating!

Super Tricoflex 25 yr warranty.

I had a 12 yr old Super Tricoflex hose that began to crack. Hozelock, after locating some evidence of purchase and delivery, have stood by the 25Yr warranty and are sending a replacement.

Cannot overstate how unusual it is to have a company honour a long term warranty.

Had a problem with my automatic auto…

Had a problem with my automatic auto reel 40 Mtr hose reel contacted Hozelock not expecting to much BUT after a couple of messages to them they replaced the complete hose reel so once again my faith has been restored. Big shout out to Tim who sorted it out .

Brilliant customer service.

My HozeLock compact 2in1 enclosed reel started giving me problems, couldn't wind or unwind the hose in under 2 years of purchase. The company had a 5 year guarantee. I rang them up, was asked to send proof of purchase and a short video showing the issue. I emailed them and within 5 working days they sent me a replacement.

Warranty without the issues

I logged a call with Hozelock as my purchase was oustide a return period (attached my dated invoice). I had a fast reposponse and sent a small video showing the issue as requested. Tim in CS was great, and a replcement will now be issued. It's great when warranty actually works...I will continue with my Hozelock purchases, thanks Tim!

5 year Hose Gaurantee

I purchased a Hozelock 30m expanding hose from Wilco back in 2021. It wasn't cheap but it had a 5 year gaurantee so I was reassured by this. In January 2024, it developed a leak. I contacted Hozelock and they provided me a replacement very promptly. In March 2026, the inner hose section split in two. I again made contact with Hozelock and liaised with Tim. I sent Tim a video of the leaking hose and a copy of my original receipt. He then arranged a replacement to be dispatched. As this was a second replacement within the 5 year gaurantee period I was expecting some further questions, but it was all fine. On both occasions when I have had to contact Hozelock the customer service has been first class and could not have been better. Very impressed with how promptly, efficiently and easily Tim resolved the issue. Other companies should follow this example.

After 5 years my hose sprang a leak

After 5 years my hose sprang a leak. I contacted Hozelock via email and got a reply from Chloe who was very helpful and asked me to send photos of the damaged hose and my receipt, which I did, from that point on she replied saying that it was all in hand and replied very quickly saying she would look into it. Within a couple of days i received an email stating I would receive a replacement and the replacement was here within a few days. Fantastic customer service!!

Exceptional Customer Service

From my very first contact, the customer service I received was outstanding. Tim was helpful, efficient, and dealt with my query quickly and professionally, making the whole process completely hassle-free.

Excellent customer care

I bought a dual hose connector several years ago and kept it as a spare. When I finally put it on the tap recently it had clearly got a split in one of the limbs.I complained to Customer services at Hozelock who asked for a copy of the receipt from when I bought it and a photo of the split.I sent them by E-mail.The connector was replaced without question by post a few days later.I regard this as absolutely first rate service by a first rate company!Stay connected with hozelock!

Chloe is efficient, understanding, and gracious. If it wasn’t for her I would be leaving a 1 star review of the so-called TuffHoze. First burst within 3 years and was replaced (despite not having a proof of purchase). The replacement burst (twice) within a year. Despite the replacement having been supplied without a warranty Chloe didn’t miss a beat, offering to replace it. I’d rather have a different hose but a company is as good as how they deal with the problems. And Chloe, for me, is saving face for this company. I hope they treat you well!

My 15m superhoze burst whilst using it…

My 15m superhoze burst whilst using it on a Monday afternoon. I got in touch with Hozelock customer services and Tim was super helpful and by Friday morning I had a new hoze! Thank you 🤩

I purchased a quite expensive pump from…

I purchased a quite expensive pump from a local garden centre which worked flawlessly, however the impeller seized after a couple of years.

A few emails back and forth with Chloe and all was sorted and part replaced without any issue.

I’ll happily purchase hozelock products moving g forward without hesitation.

Great response when approached with…

Great response when approached with hose reel issue for a part that failed beyond warranty terms. Very easy to contact with immediate response and refreshingly helpful. Replacement part arrived swiftly, excellent service. Pity other branded organisations cannot match in terms of customer satisfaction!! Well done

My 2yr-old Tuffhose sprang a leak

My 2yr-old Tuffhose sprang a leak and i couldn’t find the receipt, but luckily the shop where i bought it found the proof of purchase on their till, and i was able to email that, along with a video of the leak to Hozelock who very quickly sent me a like for like replacement, within about 4 days. Delighted, thank you so much!

I came to Hozelock a broken man. Two weeks, £25 spent on Amazon, PTFE tape, replacement seals, three connector fittings, and a dripping Select Plus that had defeated me utterly. I wrote what I can only describe as a mildly unhinged email to their customer service team, complete with a threat to defect to Gardena.
Chloe Bushell responded within hours. No fuss, no faff, no link to the FAQ page. Two replacement controllers and an accessory pack, dispatched immediately, arriving within days.
The drip is dead. The garden lives. Gardena remains uncontacted.
Chloe — if you ever read this — you didn't just fix my hose. You restored my faith in customer service, in British gardening infrastructure, and in humanity more broadly. Hozelock should give her a raise, a corner office, and possibly a small trophy.
Five stars. Would dramatically over-invest in Amazon fittings before contacting customer support again just for the experience.

My Hozelock auto reel stopped reeling in it was only 2 years old , I contacted Hozelock and explained what had happened - sent in a video and my original receipt and Tim had a new one sent out to me , many thanks Tim

Replace leaking 40m autoreel hose

I bought a 40m autoreel hose, which was fairly expensive. I was very disappointed when it started to leak early on. However, when I contacted customer services, Chloe dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently and Hozelock replaced the faulty item. Full marks for the aftercare.
