Stole about $500 for me never returns calls complete shut-in and will never respond to anything don't waste your time or money with this poor excuse of a company or website for that matter stay away at all costs is the reality of the situation
This waste of life of a human being stole god knows how much money from dozens of customers, then ghosted. I placed an order that was shown to be in stock months ago and have had no word from this loser since.
Can confirm with others that Justin performed an "exit scam". He used to be the one-stop-shop for Ares Strikers parts in the US and CA, built up a trusted customer base and everyone recommended him. In early 2020 he stopped shipping orders, and ceased all contact with the community. Many people still vouched for him, but over several months people started to realize that he was now scamming them. The company's Facebook page has been deleted, but if you comment on the Instagram page, he will delete it and block you. I ordered from him in April of 2020 and it was shifted to "backorder" the day after I placed it, and cancelled it 6-8 weeks later after no contact from Justin.
Placed a 700$ order in march of 2020. Still haven't received anything or a refund. Doesn't reply to messages or emails, and if he does, gives sob stories/excuses about his dog dying or his gf left him. The guy is a thief. Avoid at all cost
Their web site looks good and it shows that they have a number of items in stock. I ordered 3 items from their site back in early April 2021 and showed they were in stock. Their policies state that all orders ship within 24-48 hours. The only method of payment they accept is e-transfer which gets directly deposited into Justin James Miller's account.
I checked the order status 3 days later and it still showed my order as being "On Hold". I have sent several emails to Justin and have yet to receive any reply. Phone calls go to voice mail and I have yet to receive any response to voice messages.
17 days after placing my order the status still shows "on hold" with no explanation from Justin at all.
After doing some research I discovered that this same problem has occurred to a number of other people and as some of them had paid via PayPal they were able to get their money back which is likely why this option was removed as a checkout option.
Justin removes all negative feedback from the Instagram page and blocks anyone who complains or demands to know where their order is.
