Horrible Tech Support

Customer technical support was the absolute worst service I have ever received. They refused to honor a very expensive upgraded onsite support warranty. The out of country support people were totally unhelpful and even rude. I contacted HP and requested a refund for the warranty service I was denied. I was told I would get a refund but I haven't seen it yet. Even with a refund what happened was totally unacceptable.

Impossible to contact Awful customer service

I have been assisting an elderly lady to replace a Officejet Pro Printer 6830 covered under the existing warranty. It has never worked properly since it was purchased in 2016. I am a volunteer for Age UK and my local council IT support team. This company have no regard for their customers. They choose to ignore complaints and requests. Customer support do not reply to emails even when you have an HP technical support team case number:3037238516 and have sent proof of purchase as requested.
