I'm Andrew Marsham, the founder of High Performance Health. I started my own fitness journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity. I struggled for years on my own trying to figure things out. Making countless mistakes along the way, trying dangerous dieting strategies and wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars running enthusiastically in the wrong direction. 4 years into my own fitness journey I hired a coach and made more progress in 4 months than I had in 4 years. That's when I realised the power of knowledge and wisdom. Professionally I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in. After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held. In 2018 I decided I was going to start my own fitness business. I spent nights and weekends gaining the necessary qualifications while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Fitness Coaching. I founded The High Performance Health Program and have bootstrapped our company the whole way. Today our team has 19 full time employees - which includes 9 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 190 years experience between us. We help executives get fitter, stronger & healthier using a science backed & data driven 1-1 online coaching program. We've helped 2,000+ clients since 2018. Our goal at High Performance Health is simple... Help busy executives get & stay healthy. The best form of cure is prevention. Colin is a great coach
Colin is a great coach - I’ve been working with him for two months now and I can already see a big difference in my photos, I don’t have a lot of weight to lose but I keep it mostly in my stomach area, I’ve lost two inches when measured across the belly button and gained muscle in every area.
Colin takes the time to go over my results weekly and sends messages when needed. He is motivating and truly cares about any concern I have. He has given me me tips to keep my meals within my parameters while we are planning on a seven week vacation, I couldn’t make this kind of progress without him, even though I have been active most of my life. HPH Establishes the Framework Required for a Diet/ Workout Balance specific to You
Working with Coach James over the last 6 months has been a pleasure. The time spent early in the process to understand the equipment available/ preference of workouts/ fitness goals/ and current workout regiment helped us to create a workout program that I could stick to and didn't grow stale. Most importantly were the continued discussions on diet and how to address this on my end. For me, the diet aspect of the HPH performance was the most important component, and James provided insight, suggestions, and follow through to ensure I was (and still am) heading in the right direction. I am on the road to a goal weight which I now see as attainable- I've seen steady improvement in working towards my goal and now have the "playbook" in place- it's up to me to execute.

It Works
Most will probably have doubts about the effectiveness of an on-line program like this, particularly if you’ve worked in person with trainers as I have in the past. But when the reality of life and professional schedule made in-person training impossible, I gave this program a try. I needed a reset coming into and exiting major orthopedic surgery, and Pavol worked with me to establish and adjust goals, approaches, and techniques that fit where I was with my recovery, assisted in getting me back to function on top of normal PT, and integrated that into my overall goals. There is no question that this program and Pavol’s approach works! The game-change that helped me overcome past hurdles was the approach to flexible workouts, content, and understanding me and where I was at.

Working with Kyle was very easy from Day 1. He is probably 65% psychologist and 35% trainer, which is what I needed. From someone who knew how to work out, just needed a new voice and change in direction, he helped from day one on the psychology side of the journey. Trust the process, understanding you aren't going to be perfect, and that's okay, just make progress in the right direction. 100% recommend for those busy people who want to prioritize their health again.

Feeling great!
David is great. He built a program around my schedule using the equipment that I own. With the app, I was able to track my eating habits and adjust them as needed. We set a goal to lose 1 to 1.5 lbs. of weight per week. After 5 months of workouts and healthy eating I lost 35 lbs. And I feel great.

Passionate guides who will meet you where you are
They provide you with everything you need to get yourself on track and stay on track. The weekly accountability is gold. It took me two months to get out of my cycle of doing nothing and having no motivation. Colin was patient and understanding and we started slower. Excellent program with real results -assuming YOU put in the work.
The program has been a huge help to my journey in becoming healthier. The flexibility, knowledge, accountability, program build-outs, etc. have provided me all the tools needed to succeed. All that is left, is for myself to do the work.
Being extremely busy with a constantly changing schedule (operations), I assumed I was doomed to being unhealthy until I got a new position.
David Griffin and the program changed that - he built the program around my schedule, at home weights, food choices, travel locations, etc.
His customer service and flexibility in real time has made this well worth it.
How to make change

Ten Stars for Pavol and HPH
As a busy executive, I struggled with accountability when it came to fitness. Something always came up and I would get to my fitness goals tomorrow. I noticed an ad on LinkedIn that Andrew posted and decided to research the company and find out more about the program. After my Zoom call with Andrew, I signed up and started the journey back to a healthy lifestyle. I worked with Tom and then over the past year with Pavol. I have learned a lot about proper nutrition and workouts that I wish I knew years ago. It is a game changer. The reviews you read about weigh loss are real. I have talked to a lot of the people in the group.
However, it is not just about weigh loss as I actually wanted to gain weight (healthy lean weight) and I did. I have learned the right food and balance to eat to gain lean muscle weight which is important as you get older. They not only help you with a personalized nutrition plan, but more importantly to me, a weekly workout plan that is constantly changing. No boring meals or workouts. You will enjoy the weekly challenges too. I talk to my coach twice a month and we make adjustments as necessary. We also text several times a week as necessary. He is the best and I can tell that he sincerely cares about his client’s fitness goals. There is great accountability which keeps me on track and if I get too busy at work, he has a way of getting me back on track with lots of encouragement. I cannot say enough about Pavol and Andrew (and all the other coaches on the team!) I renewed for another year because my fitness journey continues, and I truly enjoy working with them.
