I'm Andrew Marsham, the founder of High Performance Health. I started my own fitness journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity. I struggled for years on my own trying to figure things out. Making countless mistakes along the way, trying dangerous dieting strategies and wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars running enthusiastically in the wrong direction. 4 years into my own fitness journey I hired a coach and made more progress in 4 months than I had in 4 years. That's when I realised the power of knowledge and wisdom. Professionally I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in. After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held. In 2018 I decided I was going to start my own fitness business. I spent nights and weekends gaining the necessary qualifications while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Fitness Coaching. I founded The High Performance Health Program and have bootstrapped our company the whole way. Today our team has 19 full time employees - which includes 9 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 190 years experience between us. We help executives get fitter, stronger & healthier using a science backed & data driven 1-1 online coaching program. We've helped 2,000+ clients since 2018. Our goal at High Performance Health is simple... Help busy executives get & stay healthy. The best form of cure is prevention. When heart disease, cancer, dementia or metabolic diseases take hold they shorten our lives and destroy our quality of life. I am losing weight

I am losing weight, getting strong and more vibrant at age 56. I appreciate the weekly check ins and the responsive during the week. Steve N. Is fantastic for keeping me motivated and focused. I strongly recommend this program.

Best VERSION OF MYSELF

Struggled getting my weight under control for years, Kyle and the team built a program I could understand and challenge myself. The app is very user friendly with a lot of tools. I have lost 41lbs since September and never felt better in my life.

Down 12 pds

Started the program in October and down 12 pds…more importantly, I feel great and have a new foundation for exercise and eating. My coach Kyle is great and although remote, is always reviewing form and lifts via the AP. We also have weekly check-ins to review nutrition, lifts, supplements, and overall well being. Very happy with my decision to move forward with High Performance.

The struggle for me was getting the results I was looking for

The struggle for me was getting the results I wanted and without structure I didn’t achieve them with the timeframe i wanted. My coach Pavol assisted me by giving feedback based on what was feeling and seeing in the mirror.
I went from 292lbs to 185 in a relatively quick time without any pharmaceuticals being utilized.
I am now 57 and I can honestly say I am the strongest I have ever been while still being flexible.
I have spoken to other perspective people who were curious about the program and I felt investing in your health in taking care of yourself which allows you to take care of those people who you care about.
Just a FYI I have been a client since 2022.

Really appreciate how thorough this experience has been. Weekly calls and accountability with Coach Steve keep it on track, and the progressive nature keeps it interesting while building upon itself. Definitely recommend if you’re willing to do the work.

He Man Kyle Patterson…Coach GOAT

I work with a coach named Kyle Patterson. When I started with Kyle, I was having GI issues that I could not understand. I am grateful that he worked me to sort the issues out while we were trying to establish a regular routine. He was flexible, affirming, and knowledgeable. While I may have driven him a little nuts while I worked out the bugs, he was fantastic, understanding, and supportive. We are well on our way to my objectives while learning to live a different and better way… proof positive that old dogs can learn new tricks from youngsters.

The Benefits of High Performance Health…

The staff at High Performance Health convinced me initially that their program would help me reach my health and fitness goals. Well they were right.
After working with coach James for just 4 months, he has put me in the best shape I have been in for years. Being a Senior, their methods were specifically planned and targeted for me. This truly is the way of the future for busy executives that just need a little guidence and accountability for their health and fitness goals.

It works!

My entire adult life I have lived rather simply regarding my health: don’t overeat, limit 🍩 intake, and workout regularly. No 🪄 formula, no 🔬 research, and all done by instinct on my own because I’m a know it all man.

When I hit 51 last year I thought, why isn’t my simple approach working? I am the heaviest I’ve been in my life (200 lb at 5’ 9”) and slowly ↗️ despite my routine being the same. If my simple approach wasn’t working anymore what did that mean when I turn 55, 60, and beyond? I want to make it to 💯, but if I am hitting the wall at 51…🤔

Knowing I needed to do something different I found High Performance Health. I read LinkedIn posts by Andrew Marsham talking about how simple rules based on science (monitoring / changing your diet, thoughtful workouts, and better sleep habits) can lead to permanent, lasting change. I thought…maybe I don’t know it all and I should try something different 🤯

After 4 months in to the program I’ve dropped 20 lbs, several 👖 sizes, a 👔 size, have more natural ⚡️, and know more about my body today than I ever did (like what are Macro Nutrients💡). I’ve adopted thoughtful 🍽️ habits and new 🏃 approaches that are making all the difference. And I feel good about these changes not being ‘quick fix’ fad based…these are changes I can live with.

And I’m not someone with a lot of time…I have a family, a demanding job, and want ROI. With the help of my coach, Steve Nesrallah, and the High Performance app I am achieving what I couldn’t on my own.

Feeling Different

I’ve been in the program for just over three months now and have had a great experience working with Steve. My strength has rapidly increased while dropping body fat and some weight. I feel different. The workouts are customized and flexible to my needs. The meal guidance and other wellness tips are super helpful. Steve strikes a good balance of being helpful and supportive yet pushing me to do more. Looking forward to continued progress!

Life-Changing!

I have tried and failed multiple programs, diets, and other fads for weight loss and muscle growth. Working with James at HPHP has been a game-changer. Now, we are identifying and working on the root cause of my food decisions, and identifying strategies to put me in a position for success. More importantly, I now have personal accountability from a real person (James) , who is able to work with the day-to-day of my crazy job and life, and help me navigate stressful situations to still hit my goal. I came here to change my life and relearn how to eat and train - that’s the journey we are on. I highly recommend!

High Performance Health Program Is The Right Choice!

I have been working with the High Performance Health Program for over 2 years. James has been an awesome trainer working with me to achieve my fitness goals around my busy travel and work schedule, and family commitments. I have increased lean muscle mass, improved my cardio and mobility, and am extremely happy with how my body looks and feels as I approach 50 years old. James changes my workouts regularly always keeping me interested and challenging my body with dynamic exercises. We have routine accountability calls, and is always responsive when I have questions on my workouts, nutrition, or cardio. I have been extremely satisfied with the HPHP and look forward to continue working with them, and James to help me achieve new fitness goals for 2026.

I have been really impressed and happy…

I have been really impressed and happy with my program, as I am about 3 months in. My coach David is solid - very organized, encouraging and knows how to “coach” me toward my goals. I have much better flexibility, have dropped 10 lbs, and have gained muscle. I feel significantly better, and would highly recommend this program to others.

Road Warrior Success

I am 57 year-old male and travel 230+ nights per year. The commitment to consistent fitness combined with a clean diet has always proven challenging.

The HPH program wraps programming, tracking, resources, accountability, and encouragement into a single and simple to use app - further enhanced by 1:1 coaching by video conference.

Pavol (“Pav”) Zajac remains a trusted partner for me, holding me accountable while encouraging improvements …1% better every day. Our goal, “To Be Stronger Tomorrow” in even facet of life.

A good investment in your health

I joined the High Performance Health program by Andrew Marsham Fitness in 2020. Back then, the gyms were closed due to corona, and I was struggling to keep my weight loss journey on track. Maintaining a consistent training program at home was especially problematic. The HPH program and my coach, Andrew Marsham, not only helped to structure my training program, but more importantly, optimize my food plan (meal prepping), and adopt the right mind set. The coaching was done via an on-line platform, the app and the regular update calls made it easy to track progress and discuss next steps. It helped me reach my goals and learn valuable lessons which I still use every day.
