HPP Cares was instrumental in guiding me through the ADU process including accessing the Cal HFA grant. I attended many webinars and gained access to advisors that helped set me up for success. We passed our final inspection this week, on time, on budget, compliant and ready to start generating rental income. They genuinely care about client success.

I would like to take a moment to point out the efforts made by Genesis Rivera. She has been extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions without hesitation. Funding request have been much easier and moving our project forward seamlessly. The communication from Genesis is remarkable and I'm truly thankful that she has made our dreams come true. Jasmin Catbagan could not have been more professional, caring and thorough in helping me with my paperwork. She not only emailed me the documents, she wrote step by step instructions AND stayed on the phone with me to go through each and every document to make sure I understood how to fill out the forms. Omar is extremely helpful, patient and kind. Each time I speak with him, he does more than just answer my questions, he gives me additional information that helps me understand this whole escrow/invoicing/building process.
