dreadful customer service . the bras that I ordered were about 5 sizes too small [ and yes I followed their sizing instructions ] despite photos being sent in, and back and forth emails, they insisted that I had been sent the correct order. They first offered £2.00 compensation, then relented and made it £4. what an insult. I should have done scam-searches before I ordered. Be very aware !!! here follows another report on another site

Avoid Avoid. Neck Fan received not working and despite me sending them 2 videos as requested to prove that it doesn’t work, they are still not prepared to refund the money. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.
