Pathetic Customer Service!

Ordered a tour pack and mounting plate.
received in an ok time frame. Mounting plate that they recommended is wrong and won't work with the tray liner. Contacted cust service and they want to charge me $50 for a $30. Insisted what the website stated and now when I email them, I get no response(crickets)...
Pathetic customer service, don't care how good the product might be but with ZERO customer service, don't waste your money on such a shady business!!!!

Purchase a tour pack they said it would be 6 to 8 weeks since they were out it's been over 3 months they keep giving me the runaround told him I want my money return still nothing I think it's a scam site don't purchase from these losers

Poor quality and engineering

The quality, color, and engineering of the brand new front fender was absolutely terrible. HR3 bagger forced me to pay $75 to return this item despite the undisputed lack of quality.
