This is a total scam - the shoes are flimsy, plastic uppers and nor even the right size I ordered. They are nothing like the shoes pictured. They have offered me a 20% discount to keep them and sugge... See more

Never order from this company. Cheap, cheap, inferior "quality" rubbish shoes. Took weeks to get to me. I bought 2 x pairs - 1 x pair falsely called orthopaedic to transition from a broken foot. N... See more

I also bought a pair of so called …
I also bought a pair of so called "orthopedic" sandals. Very cheap and far too large. I was also offered a 20% refund to save sending them back to China. Not unsurprisingly, no sign of the 20%refund. A lesson to be learnt from this I think!
Returns a nightmare
I bought 2 pairs of sandals from Hranan but they were too large. I am trying to get my money back but they give no return labels, they offer you 20% on their next deal if you keep the useless shoes and you have to pay for return postage to China. I await my refund but am not holding my breath!
Zero stars from me
Zero stars from me! I have had a terrible time with this company. I ordered one pair of shoes but they came up as two pairs and I was charged for two pairs. They ignored my emails trying to correct the situation. Shoes arrived and, although I took measurements from their advice, the shoes were way too large. So all in all - useless. Have been trying for weeks to seek a resolution but keep getting fobbed off by a nameless 'customer service' person. Also, the shoes are really poor quality and look cheap - and they weren't!! No proper buckle - just velcro. Yuk! This was not stated in the ad. I was so stupid to buy from them. I am out of pocket nearly £70!!! Still trying to get reimbursed!! Don't touch them! I also advise keep away from Ceelloop which I believe to be the same people under a different name.
