I wanna start by saying "thank you" to Mr. Matthieu Mioche for approaching me with this great opportunity. I am currently in DC in a 4 star hotel and I am loving my time here.
I also have to talk about Ms. Diana Quintero who guided me and helped me make the best choice regarding which program I would pick. Thank you so much for your advice and your patience throughout this process.

Mr Mioche contacted me to talk about the HRC program last year. He was really helpfull, he answered all my questions and concerns. He is always available if you need anything.

I met Mr Mioche during a meeting in my school. He was invited to present a solution to pick after graduation.

I would like to go abroad, work and his speech was interesting. He told us we could go to the USA after the graduation to work... so I call him to say I was interested and my journey begin once I got my passport.

He guided me during all the process and he's also introduced me to Mrs Quintero Who also helped me with the interview. They both give me advices.

Mrs Quintero propose me 2 cities where I could work and I choose Nashville. I got few interviews to be prepared, then I got the interview with the hotel.

Thanks to the HRC advices I am in Nashville for a year.

I've had the pleasure of working with Melloney since 2022, and I can’t thank her enough for the support and guidance she’s provided me over the past two years. Melloney was not only patient and friendly but also extremely helpful. Initially, I wanted to apply for a supervisory role, but she advised me to gain more experience in my previous company. Her advice proved invaluable, as it positioned me perfectly to apply for a managerial role instead.

Melloney guided and coached me throughout this journey, making it possible for me to achieve my goals. Thanks to her expertise and encouragement, I was able to secure a role that I’m truly passionate about. Now, 5 months into my 18-month program, I’m learning and growing every day. HRC help me to secure J1 placement. Angela and Eunike guide me through this process and really been helpful. I'm very grateful to have HRC helping me out and very excited to start my journey in the US.

All people I spoke with were really helpful and everyone is always trying to make you feel comfortable during the process of the application. It can be really stressful as it takes time, but they help as much as they can! The steps during the process are very clear and makes it easier to know what's next. All in all, a great experience and I can't wait to start my program!!

Thanks to HRC. especially Nathania, I can have a chance to work 1 year for my favorite hotel in the US. HRC is really responsive, supportive, followed all my requests in finding the ideal hotel, and trained me carefully before the interviews. Their payment plant is also very good when I can apply for the J1 program with a small amount of money. Definitely will recommend for my friends!!!

So far when I'm working with HRC they 've been really helplfull, especially with the document you just need to apply for a visa. And they are also very responsive, whatever you ask will be answered during working hours
