Poor customer service

I have been trying to get the return label for more than three weeks which ordered online from the HSA online store.

The product was almost $360 and not compatible with the machine we have at home. I called more than 3 weeks ago to request a return, the agent got all the information including my email, and never got any email back with the return label.

After calling twice on November 12th, they figured out that the initial email was wrong although they asked me about it in every call. They said they are making a request to send to the correct email which should take a day or two. unfortunately, till now, no one got back to me as the agent said.
I am very frustrated about my experience with the customer service for HSA online store.

I had a return for a damaged package…

I had a return for a damaged package and product and was refunded less a $5.00 fee, this was no fault of my own so not sure why I wouldn't be refunded in full - any other store would assume responsibility and refund fully or issue a new product.

Great experience

My HSA store experience was great. The price of the Omeprazole was more than the price I can get on Amazon Subscribe & Save but I canceled my Amazon Prime account and I prefer to use my HSA to pay for the medicine I need to take daily to control my hiatal hernia.

I mostly have issues with shipping and…

I mostly have issues with shipping and handling charges. I’m more likely to buy something online if shipping is less than $5.00. I guess that’s the price I put in my laziness. Anything above $5.00, I usually go to the store in person to buy because I can’t justify the higher amount on top of the price of the item.
