Transactions and transfers declined…

Transactions and transfers declined with no explanation and many attempts to get answers at a bank branch, on the app, on the chat, on the phone, by email...all failed. I can't seem to find a single bank representative to give me the help I need.

HSBC Atm in CDMX stole my money during withdrawal

I withdrew 500 Mexican pesos from the ATM point on Av. P.º de la Reforma (Ciudad de México) and was charged €500!!! After days of complaints, finally, Mrs Cynthia Ramirez from the HSBC international affairs department confirmed to me in person that it was an error at some ATM points and that the reimbursement had already been made to my German bank (Solaris Bank). However, my bank denies this and without a document certifying that a refund has been made, they will not reimburse me. HSBC does not provide me with any documents and Mrs Cynthia Ramirez has disappeared. It is a scandal. This is a scam, I am sharing my story to warn everyone not to make any more withdrawals from HSBC Mexico City ATM points.
