Food Hygiene certificate
I recently completed and passed a Level 2 Food hygiene on line examination.
I found the instructions and layout to be clear and concise. There was always an option to go back and re read the module. An excellent way to achieve this qualification.

Excellent course. Instructions really clear and plenty of opportunity to review sections a second
time. Very factual but not boring, I found it very informative. Illustrations were fun too.

I enjoyed the characters portrayed in the course. I liked the teaching method - laying out what you would learn, then the full explanation / teaching and the recap at the end.

I learned more than I expected to
I learned more than I expected to. The videos were engaging. The tests were short and very easy though. Which is very good for pass rates.

There were several mispronunciations…
There were several mispronunciations such as tirdly instead of thirdly, expotentially instead of exponentially.
There was a spelling mistake in knifes instead of knives and poor grammar in saying that adrenaline can be obtained “off” the emergency services instead of from the emergency services!
As such I found this a bit insulting in that I am supposed to undertake training which has obviously not been proof read beforehand .
The actual constant was comprehensive .
