These bras are amazing. I am usually a 38 DDD/F depending on the bra and i wear a 38DDD in the minimizer. Makes my boobs look smaller and a very comfy bra

Not impressed with customer service.
Not very impressed with customer service. I have reached out three times over three weeks to try and receive a refund for my order as the bra’s do not fit even after using the fitting guide. Really need them to reach out and have this rectified.

Product great, Logistics could be improved
The shopping experience online was good, and I love how inclusive the size range is. My only displeasure was having my first order cancelled because HSIA logistics did not deliver to Hong Kong in China. So upon reordering, and setting delivery to another courier in America who could send it to me, only to find that the product was being sent from China had me quite disappointed that I had to get my package sent from China to America and back to China. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Thank you.

I liked the quality of the bras I…
I liked the quality of the bras I received. But I don't like the 4 prong closure in the back, 3 prong closure would have been fine. I also like the round look of a bra when you have it on, rather than a pointy look.

Our product line has recently been upgraded, and the new version now features a 4-row back clasp designed to offer enhanced adjustability and support. As we transition, our warehouse is currently shipping both the previous version (with a 3-row clasp) and the upgraded version. Due to inventory logistics, the version received may vary. We deeply regret that this led to an experience that did not meet your personal preference.

Please rest assured that both versions are crafted to meet our strict quality and performance standards. The difference is solely in the number of clasp rows, with no impact on the bra's core functionality or durability.

Returns are impossible, no response at all from customer support
I have a very specific set of requirements I look for in bras because my size is constantly changing due to pregnancy and nursing and also just having a bigger bust. The bras I bought didn't work out for me and I needed to return them but they haven't responded at all and it's been over a week. I tried email and live chat with no response. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you know 110% that you will like the bra.
