Worse quality in service provider ever experienced in The Netherlands! Stay away!

Over promise and under deliver is all aspects!
During a moment you need help the most, hoping for support is when HSK failed the most. Few examples:
Positive:
✅ intake was ok
❌ unprofessional support
❌ always late for meetings
❌ incorrect updates in the system
❌ no understanding on the real issue
❌ no practical help
❌ charged for visit when rescheduled timely
❌ no show therapist
❌ no replies to emails
❌ no replies to final complain
… and many more!
