HSL Chairs - Farnborough Reviews 

The HSL showroom in Farnborough Hampshire was a lovely experience, the staff member Gillian was very helpful and experienced in considering our health needs in choosing a chair in regards to our physical condition and requirements. It was just like going back in time to the standards Britain had in the 1950s , My wife and I spent a long time deliberating over furniture we sampled while enjoying refreshments of tea and cakes , we had many questions that needed answers and they were meet in depth and knowledge of chairs that helped us choose a chair that answered our individual needs . The chairs we chose were made to our individual measurement's and in the fabric and colour we wanted, all the advice and supporting admin, care of furniture was followed up with us . delivery time indicated between 6 to weeks ,and was delivered in 6 weeks by HSL team Conor and Aidan both prompt of time and efficient in our positioning of chairs to our liking in the sitting room and the connection to the plug socket. The use of the hand button operational indicator for the chair and safety of the mechanism, instruction of battery care . Conor was very knowledgeable and experienced , believed in the company family run business and products , and good solid training given to staff . HSL is highly recommended by us .

Karen, the sales person who dealt with us was charming, knowledgeable and exceptionally interested in helping me choose a chair and spent a great deal of time explaining the merits of each rise and recline chair.
In accordance with the HSL policy, we were offered refreshments by Karen which also served to make our visit even more pleasant.
The whole atmosphere of the unit was calm, light and very conducive to choosing the right product.
Many stores could learn a great deal from HSL’s approach to staff quality and store atmosphere.

Visited the Farnborough HSL , it was a very pleasant experience. We were looked after by Alex who was very helpful and patient he even seemed to have a certain knowledge of my wife's back problem which made explaining her needs much easier. I was a bit dubious regarding the different sizes in the chairs but when Iwe tried the different sizes i was surprised in the comfort difference. Overall an excellent experience, he even made us a coffee, very pleased.

Very pleasant staff, discussed needs and all very efficiently dealt with, looking forward to delivery in due course.

Our experience choosing the chairs at the Farnborough branch was very pleasant. The young gentleman, Alex,who served us was very good, his knowledge of the products was excellent and he was a credit to the company. The chairs arrived today and we are very pleased with them. The two gentleman who delivered them were very good and courteous
and set them up in our lounge speedily.

SUPERB SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY. MET AT THE FARNBOROUGH DOOR BY KAREN AND AFTER A DICUSSION TO ME TO A RIPLEY RISER/RECLINER. I LIKED IT BUT KAREN THEN SHOWED ME TWO OTHER MODELS BUT I WENT BACK TO THE RIPLEY,. KAREN THEN ( AFTER BRINGING ME TEA AND BISCUITE S ) THEN TELLING ME HOW TO OPERATE IT LEFT ME TGO MY TEA FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO RELAX IN THE RIPLEY. I THEN BOUGHT IT . SUPERB !

We received our beautiful Luca sofa’s today.
We purchased them from the Farnborough store in Hampshire. Our furniture consultant in the store Gill and her colleagues were very polite knowledgeable and professional, the whole process from choosing the suite to placing the order was very relaxed and pleasant. All queries and questions were answered.
On the day of delivery the drivers Jack & Martin were very prompt on their time estimation, they were also very polite and professional. They brought dust sheets to make sure our floors were protected.
We could not rate HSL furniture, store colleagues and delivery staff highly enough and would encourage anyone looking for style and comfort to check them out.

Martin and Jack delivered my chair. They were courteous and very quick. They made everything easy, and I thank them very much.

Visited the Farnborough store with my elderly parents. The lady was extremely helpful and informative and efficient from start to finish. The chair was delivered extremely quickly the delivery team were very helpful and polite. The company was a joy to deal with from start to finish and my Dad is enjoying the chair. I would fully recommend!

Jack and Martin delivered an extra chair, a week ago, to add to our suite and were, as all the staff that we have dealt with, cheerful, helpful and very competent. Karen at the Farnborough store ordered this extra chair for us over the phone, with no bother at all. An impressive business to deal with.

The helpfulness of the staff and the attention to detail, I found that everything was explained thoroughly.

Staff were friendly, there was no ' hard sell'. Alex and Karen explained how the rise and recline chairs worked in detail making sure the suite was exactly what we wanted.

I visited the Farnborough Surrey store and had the opportunity to see the style of chairs and try them out. Was not rushed, able to wander around shop until I felt after I had tried all to find the chair that suited me personally. Great choice of fabric to choose from.

My second order placed with the store at Farnborough and it was just as good as my previous experience last year. Karen was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Having experienced Stressless chairs previously, we went to HSL to enquire if they had an electric recliner we could try. Parking and access was excellent (I have mobility difficulties) and we were warmly greeted by Karen who could not have been more helpful. We tried several Stressless chairs, including electric recliners while Karen explained which styles of chair came with the electric facility. She then took time going through the colours and types of leather available and we were able to almost match a colour to the sofa we were retaining from our suite. As we were making the purchase the whole time scale …… deposit, delivery time, care package, final payment and delivery date were fully explained and we left very satisfied with no questions and all those things happened exactly as Karen had explained.
We did ring the shop nearer to the delivery date and spoke to Sue who, like Karen, was more than helpful and rang us back when she said she would. All the staff at HSL Farnborough are to be commended.
We will definitely go there again if we need to replace another piece of furniture and would look forward to the experience.
