Third chair from them. Were attentive and patient with my gran.

From going into store, choosing chair, material etc. I never felt I was being pushed into a sale. My new chair was delivered on time by two very nice and helpful workers. I was also kept in touch by telephone on several occasions as promised. Overall I would recommend anyone looking for a chair suited to their needs to give HSL a visit.

Natasha gave exceptional attention - advised us without any pressure. Respectful of my elderly mother & did not feel rushed in any way. Offered coffee & biscuits so we could spend some time in the chairs. Natasha is a great asset to HSL. Mimi was also a huge help advising re choice of materials & colours. Looking forward to chair arriving!

Recently I bought an riser/recliner chair from HSL. The staff, couldn't have been more helpful, particularly Daniel and Russell who put me at my ease while advising me on colour matches etc in my room. I never felt compelled or rushed at any point into making decisions. I've now got the chair and wish I had bought it years ago as it's exactly what I needed. The delivery staff kept in touch with me regularly to enable me to know when they would arrive with the chair, then placing it exactly where I wanted it

Visited shop in Great Western Road today to purchase chair .
Daniel attended to us as we arrived at the store until we left .
Could not be any more of help , full of knowledge around the product .

He was patient, friendly, and took the time to understand her needs without making us feel rushed or under any pressure. My husband and I were in your Glasgow store today looking for an adjustable bed.We were greeted by a lovely lady whose name is Natasha.She was so helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. She made our visit so positive and we purchased exactly what we were looking for.
BTW she makes a lovely coffee too 😊

I'll start by saying that your products are great - super quality and a good range of styles. What really made the 5* difference was Marlene. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She gave Mum and Dad plenty of time to make up their minds, and never once put any pressure on them. They have come away so confident that they have made the right choices and are so much looking forward to their new furniture arriving. Marlene, today you made such a difference - thank you.

I'm a bit late with my review due to poor health but better late than never we received a warm welcome at Glasgow shop HSL the staff took great care of us especially Marlene who guided me through my purchase with such patience nothing was too much for her she made the whole transaction enjoyable

The team made us feel welcome. They were very knowledgeable about the products. Didn't feel rushed , able to take our time and try out different chairs Explained different options and allowed us plenty of time to peruse colour charts over a lovely pot of coffee.

Mimi made this an exceptional experience. As soon as arriving in the store we were given a warm welcome by her and a colleague. Throughout the consultation there was no pressure at all to buy. The time taken to make sure I bought the right size of chair( super petite) was amazing every detail being explained and very carefully considered for my needs. The store had an amazing choice of styles, sizes and fabrics. Good old fashioned service at its best. Thankyou.

From the minute we arrived at the showroom we felt very welcome. No pressure and able to look around and try different chairs. The staff were lovely and when we did need assistance Natasha was very helpful. She really made my mum feel special and was able to help her choose the best chairs for her size and mobility. The added tea and coffee definitely a grateful bonus. Definitely worth a visit
