Great service provided both at the showroom and when the delivery team arrived, Jason and Ashley were friendly and courteous. Chair delivered and assembled very efficiently

From the moment we entered the Letchworth showroom we were made to feel welcome and asked how Liz and her colleagues could help.
We explained what we'd like to see (armchairs) and after been offered a cup of coffee Liz was very patient with us as we were undecided about which chairs we preferred,she was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the attributes of all the chairs available.
Once we'd made our choice she went through the ordering and delivery details and gave a very good explanation of how things would proceed.
All of the staff we had contact with made us feel welcome and valued customers.

From the friendly welcome, the style of listening to our needs, the offering of designs and options, the 300 fabric choices and the explanation of the timing of the process of manufacture and delivery, the sales lady made our whole experience feel unhurried, stress free and enjoyable. We were satisfied we were getting just what we needed. Many thanks!

Refreshing change to experience first rate customer service, especially after the time it took to locate suitable chairs for us that are both fit for purpose, comfortable and stylish. Whilst originally a pair were listed on the computer we were actually only able to secure one chair and foot stool but Liz and her colleagues were regularly checking when new stock available and we were able to shortly complete our order. We found the after sales and delivery workforce to be excellent with their timings and telephone conversations - well done HSL Letchworth

A wonderful store. We were offered refreshments on arrival. Diane was so helpful and nothing was toomuch trouble in answering all our questions. We were able to try out and sit in all the Chairs and was not pressured at all to purchase. Diane was extremely helpful with my purchase

HSL are absolutely brilliant in every way they there is no pushy selling, you can take all the time you like with the shop assistants. They are all extremely knowledgable in their field and fit you to the chair or sofa as they would be best for your requirements. We cannot thank them enough and are so looking forward to the comfort we know our new sofa and chair will bring. You are also served with tea, coffee biscuits etc and the shopping is a very relaxing experience. They have a fantastic selection of fabrics too. Thank you HSL

A bit of a phaff with the ordering system but all involved were very nice and helpful. Delivered as promised by Jason and Ashley who were friendly and very helpful also.

Diane was great. We had more fun than going to an Adventure Park. And learnt a lot more. She listened to what we needed and she guided us through the whole process.
Coffee and toilets were an added bonus.

Good welcome to store, excellent help by Graham, He made everything clear and we were able to understand the product.

I only had one foot in the door and was met by a lovely lady, Michele.
After that she and Graham did absolutely everything to help and explain what in all honesty I only popped in to have a quick look at.
A few days later I went back with the wife and ordered a chair.
Looking forward to receiving my chair from them.

I bought an electric bed on monday this week at letchworth showroom attended to by graham i was extremely satisfied with the service provided by him a gentleman i am a previous customer althougjh not for some years very pleasant experience i may pop in again if passing for cup tea and chat!
