wonderful experience very difficult to find what we wanted and we did with lots of help from staff

we bought 4 armchairs and one 2 seat sofa all different shapes and sizes for very large and very small family members. the sale helped enormously but surprised that you are now charging delivery whereas in the past you were proud of your free delivery service in your old catalogue as most of us are disabled buying your furniture could you not waive this in the future thank you so much

We were made to feel very welcome by Annette at the Milton Keynes store.she was very knowledgable and put us under no pressure in helping us to choose the right chairs for both my husband and myself. We made two visits making a couple of changes to our first choices before placing our order, Annette made us feel that we were no trouble before making our final decision. I would just like to add that on both occasions we were offered tea/ coffee/ biscuits, presented on a tray in proper cups. We are waiting for our delivery so am unable to give a review on the delivery or the chairs, but I can say the store service was excellent

From the time we entered the store till the time we left, the sales service given by Annette was a positive experience- knowledgable, professional and friendly. She showed us the technical aspects of the lift and rise 3 motor recliner, and let my husband spend time getting used to it. Plus tea and biscuits.

Staff were very helpful and not pushy, allowed me to choose my chair without trying to sell me something dearer.

My husband and I visited the Milton Keynes branch of HSL Chairs yesterday and found the whole experience very good. We were welcomed at the door and it just got better from there. Karen and Lynda were very helpful and went to a lot of trouble to make us feel comfortable whilst guiding us to the the best products for us.

Hilary was extremely helpful and knowledgable and spent lots of time making sure I chose the right chair for me.

The whole experience - from first contact to a home visit, to measuring up, helping us choose the best upholstery, the ordering, and finally the delivery, was seamless and stress free. Thoroughly recommended

Very helpful store staff, product available within a few days or ordering. Delivery service excellent , updates from drivers and the drivers were cheerful and efficient and spot on time

Kara from Milton Keynes came out quickly to agree a chair purchase and had all the detail and fabric samples to complete the order. I have 7 years of experience of HSL and found them very helpful in replacing an accident damaged cushion (a visitor’s fault!) and keeping good records of your purchases.

Karen at your Milton Keynes Showroom and the lady with her were very helpful, kind and friendly.

It was good to have a representative come to our house with the chair we were interested in purchasing. Seeing the chair in the space it would occupy confirmed our choice was the right one. We are very impressed with this service. We did visit a showroom to look at the larger samples of fabric and place our order. The customer service was extremely good on both occasions.

Kara and the milton keynes branch staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We came away with the perfect chair , with specific needs for our 83 year old mum. We had searched for a while and with their no pressure guidance we left very happy. Thanks ladies for the coffee and biscuits and the improv knitting needles x

Linda in the Milton Keynes branch was awesome and helped us so much to pick the right sofas… we are aware they can’t be delivered yet but we are patient..

The staff in the Milton Keynes branch were very helpful and friendly and helped us choose the right chairs for our needs and comfort. The delivery team kept us informed and when they arrived, unpacked and set up the chairs in our lounge and took away all the packaging. Very satisfied.

My wife and I can not fault the help friendliness and patience that both ladies showed to us in helping to choose a rise and recline chair for my wife.
We have ordered a chair and if the delivery etc goes the same way, both my wife and I will be over the moon 🌙.
