Paul & Jan arrived early and were very efficient. they assembled the chair, explained the controls and help move my 'old' chair out of the way. very polite and efficient. highly reccomened

Very happy with all the service I received from all the staff and the delivery team of Lee and Graham, just sorry Gardman Insurance could not be added to my order despite the fact it had not yet been delivered.

Had a very nice young lady help us, her Name Emma. We tried the beds well, spent a while chosing, were given tea and biscuits. Ordered my bed and given a approximate amount if weeks it would take to make, before delivery.
Now I have taken delivery today, 29/7/26. Very pleased with it and the service of Paul and Thomas.

Gillian and a gentleman sorry I forgot his name came out to show my mum a new chair. What a fabulous service they were so helpful and explained everything to my mum. Would highly recommend. It was that good we are now looking into have a bed.

Chosing my chair this afternoon was a very pleasant experience.
After hearing what I was looking for Sheonagh guided me through the different options making sure that I could feel the difference between the Petite and Standard sizes of my chosen chair.
The showroom was much bigger than I was expecting and it was nice to be able to wander around making comparisons between the wide range of seating on display.
If there are no parking spaces along the front there is further parking around the back, which I nearly missed.

Excellent customer service at Nottingham bramcote shop was shown and explained all the chairs by assistant sue who couldn't do enough to help picked the chair I wanted.

I spent a lot of time talking to sales person. I was shown many different chairs and sofas and was given plenty of time to make a decision. Nothing was too much trouble. The sales person was knowlegable.

Visited our nearest HSL shop in Nottingham on Monday the 6th July. We chose this store as having previously had a chair from HSL before which lasted 20 years, we knew it was good quality. Anyway we were taken care of by a nice lady called Emma. She explained the chairs and how they worked. We settled on a standard fit riser recliner. I particularly like the one with added lumbar support by pressing a button. She made us a cup of tea too! Very nice service and very much looking forward to receiving my new chair. Thank you Emma.

I was looking for a stressless chair and called in at Nottingham HSL and was given excellent advice by Sheonagh, l chose the exclusive to HSL wingback chair after trying the one in store as well as other styles and fell in love with the dark olive colour.
Waited 10 weeks for my chair to arrive,was contacted yesterday and today was delivered by Lee and Carl who had to struggle a bit to get it around the back as it wouldn't go through the front.They did this without complaint .Both were polite and professional a job well done.
I was recommended the Nottingham store by someone l knew and am really so pleased with the service , l absolutely love my chair now l have it .Many thanks to HSL, Sheonagh at the store and Lee and Carl for delivery.
