I am a returning customer. So satisfied with my first purchase I decided that as my knees had got worse, making it much harder to get up from sitting, I would get an additional recliner/riser chair for my living room.
The sales lady Ellena could not have been more patient with me leaving me feeling NOT rushed at all.

We were both very impressed by Beth's knowledge and experience, for such a young girl, of the type of chair needed. Mum was very happy and is looking forward to it's arrival. Excellent service. They were very understanding with my elderly parents. Products are very good quality and modern.

The salesperson was very helpful, the only problem was that when it came to the total price, we were told that as we were having the express delivery, there was an extra £200 charge, which apparently had only just been applied

The lady who served us was very kind and knowledgeable. She showed us a range of seats after we had said what we were looking for and assessed which size would suit each of us. She was very patient as we tried out different chairs. The ordering process was very straight forward and we are looking forward to the arrival of the chairs.

They had a stand at the New Forest show. I went to have a look and saw a chair that fitted my needs. The member of staff was exceedingly helpful. I requested a quote, which arrived promptly.
I had a couple of follow up calls and then visited the store and placed my order. All staff were cheerful and very helpful and patient!

The help provided, as quite short i needed extra help to make sure chair was the right fit.

We were treated as valued customers from the start and most suprised when we were told that our chairs would be delivered 4 weeks from ordering them
I had an e mail telling me within an hour when the chairs would be delivered and a phone call 15 minutes before actual delivery.We could not have asked for more the two men Ashley and Cameron were most polite and so helpful in removing old chairs and placing and setting up new chairs together with a full explanation of the controls
HSL say the delivery is by White Glove Service these two men done better than that it was truely EXCELLENT SERVICE

As I had already settled on exactly which chair I wanted, the deal was easily finalised. It was a pity that they were unable to bring the model that I was purchasing.
