Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! From the first visit to look around to the final visit to place an order the staff in the Thurrock branch have been patient, friendly, helpful and considerate. When you walk in the store to look around a member of staff will approach to ask if you need assistance and then leave you to wander around, no pressure or ghosting your every move. After eventually deciding on my chairs I've walked away feeling happy and confident of my choice.

Recliner for dads decline…
Was looking for a recliner to make dads last few months comfortable.
We were welcomed as soon as we went in but with not pressure or insistence ( I hate it when salespeople continuosly pester you, these guys didnt ).
The chap who dealt with us ( may have been Jack ?) was really knowledgable and extremely helpful.
The chair was delivered in 4 days.
Absolutely excellent service all round, I thouroughly recommend these guys, from start to finish exemplary.

I took my disabled brother to find a rise and recliner for his specific needs. We had a very nice welcome by a young man from Leeds, asking what we were looking for, was it a specific item. He showed us all options and sizes of chairs available to suit my brothers needs,all sorts of extras under no pressure only to what he needed for him.
He was very kind and considerate in every way,when made our experience very pleasant

Excellent Service
I cannot fault the level of service provided by Lisa at the Lakeside Thurrock store. When I was unsure as to what colour to go for Lisa was more than helpful in assisting, enabling me to make the right choice.
The delivery process also went smoothly keeping me informed of timings.
Would definitely recommend.

Brooklyn was absolutely amazing
Brooklyn was absolutely amazing. I initially visited to look at buying a sofa bed and returned two or three times with friends, speaking to different members of staff. Every time I visited, Brooklyn checked in with me and was consistently friendly, helpful and attentive.
I eventually returned with a friend, who bought the sofa bed on the spot. I cannot say enough about how brilliant Brooklyn’s service was. I really hope he receives the recognition and commission for the sale because he genuinely earned it. As someone who runs a business, I know great customer service when I see it. Brooklyn is a real credit to the company.

Went into the new branch at Thurrock…
Went into the new branch at Thurrock with my mum who needed a new riser recliner chair. Julie and Lisa were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They let my mum try out several chairs and they made her feel at ease. They didn’t rush her and it was a very pleasant experience.

A relaxing experience with no pressure to buy
My daughter & I were welcomed by Julie & Laura.
We were offered a cup of coffee and biscuits which I found relaxing. I have specific health needs but nothing was too much trouble for them to find a suitable recliner chair for me. I tried three chairs before finding the most suitable one.
We spent two hours in the store with no pressure to buy. So a good experience all round.
I now look forward to delivery of the chair.
