HSL Chairs - Tolworth Reviews 

I fell in love with HSL beds when we stayed in a hotel in Sutton surrey while we were looking for a new home but I couldn't afford one then now I need one for a medical reason

Friendly helpful and honest advice on selection and models available

As soon as we arrived both staff members were there to greet us &offered help. While Nick was showing us the different chairs , the female assistant (sorry can’t remember her name) was offering refreshments.
Excellent service. Now we just have to wait for our chairs to arrive.

A most welcoming store .
Luka in particular was knowledgeable about the products and really personable and patient.

We were very happy with the service given by Luka in Tolworth. We were given good advice on the single sofa that we were looking for.

We visited the Tolworth store looking for a contemporary sofa and was welcomed by a comfort specialist Luka. Her knowledge was excellent with great communication skills. The store was very clean and had a great range of sofas and chairs. There were lots of options when picking your sofa to adapt from a small to a larger three seater. The completion of paperwork was very straightforward. Whilst you are there you are offered tea or coffee or a cold drink along with a range of biscuits. Nothing was rushed and you felt valued as a customer. Excellent service.

I had a lovely experience by HSL rep Luka in the Tolworth branch in Surrey. She showed me exactly what sofa I was looking for in their range which also helps with my back issue and was very accommodating in all the questions that I asked. Very helpful and I was very happy have bought the lovely Bramham Modular sofa.

I was impressed by the excellent customer service shown to me by HSL Chairs from the moment I entered their showroom in Tolworth, to receiving my furniture at home.
Unfortunately, I very seldom enjoy the level of service, which I remember in days gone by, where I as a customer could instantly recognise that HSL cared about delivering an exceptional ‘customer first service mentality’.
This undertaking was demonstrated by every aspect of service throughout, from production to delivery.

THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH DETAILS OF THE CHAIR THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN AND GAVE ME TIME AND SPACE TO COME TO A DISCISION ON THE RIGHTCHAIR FOR ME.

We found the staff very helpful. Helped us find the right chair and also the right colour to match my kitchen. All in all very good service.
