wonderful staff and furniture
The staff on duty on ourfirst visit to the Tunbridge Wells store,Angela and Freddie were so knowledgeable friendly and helpful. We did feel they worked together to get us two chairs that were exactly right for us. One our second visit Michael was very helpful when we needed to change the colour of our chairs. I can certainly recommend HSL

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. We bought 2 chairs from them 6 weeks later thay turn up. After 2 weeks my wife's chair started creaking and was very wobbly phoned them up and they sent a engineer a week later who stripped the chair down and found the front board detached replaced it but left lots of staples on the floor not impressed. 3 days later her chair started jamming on the rise function got onto hsl they wanted to send another person to fix it we refused and wanted a new chair or my money back thay refused so I said I will go to trading standards after a lot of messing about they finally agreed to replace the chair. While this was going on l found out that my chair is the wrong one should have been a standard size but got the small one how can you get that so wrong. We are whating for the new ones. The service we have got is very poor and I certainly wouldn't recommend this company

I took delivery of my new 2.5 seater and . .
I took delivery of my new 2.5 seater, Burrows Classic, sofa on 6 August and am so pleased with it that I’ve now ordered the Petite Chair.
The sofa is so comfortable, like a hug, and I can’t wait to have the Petite Chair in my lounge along side my sofa.
