HSL Chairs - Warrington Reviews 

The showroom in Warrington is very attractive, well set out and the staff welcoming and helpful but not pushy. Sarah was very patient as I tried several chairs
and even served tea and biscuits which was a nice touch. I bought a riser/recliner and I’m awaiting delivery.

Mum and I just spent a relaxing couple of hours at HSL in Warrington and purchased an Aysgarth rise and recliner chair for mum with excellent features from lumbar support, head support, rise, recline and heat facility aswell. Sarah was great, explaining everything, trying different chairs to ensure correct size etc to suit mum's requirements. We also had tea and biscuits. The team here do not work on a commission basis, something that was only mentioned at the end when asked so the advice and time taken with us was genuine and not trying to push us into a sale. Thank you SARAH for a nice and relaxed afternoon. We will recommend to friends and family.

Kate the sales person was so friendly and knowledgeable, she spent lots of time with me trying the beds and mattresses and nothing was to much trouble for her.

The delivery guys where also fab where so polite and for the job done to a high standard and tidied up fully after them when the bed was set up

Paul D and Jon delivered and installed my new bed and sofa. They were very efficient and courteous and helpful.
They made sure I knew how everything worked before they left. Very happy with the experience.

After an initial mix up with the base required by me for the Stressless chair I ordered it was quickly resolved after a call to them and a revised invoice sent to me. The chair arrived in to them in the time stated and delivered when agreed. The delivery lads, Paul D and Jon were quick and efficient. A good service all round and I would recommend HSL to anyone.

Not received present order yet, but had furniture previously, the customer service in the shop is excellent. The standard of the furniture is outstanding.

They were very helpful,and we told them what we wanted due to both of our disabilities we tried different ones and was helped by the staff and they helped us choose to right chairs and a sofa, we would recommend them to anyone as they also have occupational therapist working with them.

We were looking for sofas and were helped by Lynn. She was knowledgeable,attentive,explained the various options with each sofa. She also stood back to allow us to wander through trying out each sofa in turn.
We were impressed by her help.
Now looking forward to delivery of our new sofas.

We were helped by Lynn in Warrington store was so empathetic and helpful towards my Mother in Law . The shop is clean, smelled lovely and was a welcoming environment we were encouraged spend as much time as we liked trying out chairs even with a coffee and biscuit! Yes the items are more expensive but you come away feeling like you have had a good service and a quality product with great assurances.. Lynn was a star!

Lynn in the Warrington store at junction 9 was amazing. Very helpful indeed. Gave us confidence in what we were purchasing. Allowed us to take our time in choosing and also tried her best to give us a good deal. Brilliant store and quality furniture.

We could not be more happy with the quality of service provided by Len and the other staff at HSL whilst we were evaluating replacements for our sofas. We visited HSL on four occasions as our decision evolved about which sofa to select from several that satisfied our size/style requirements at various suppliers. Most important for us was that Len put us under no pressure to make a decision during this period and provided all the information we requested in a friendly and relaxed way. Our decision came down to the high quality of the products available at HSL, which were significantly superior to those from the other suppliers both in style and comfort. We now look forward to receiving equally good service when our new furniture is ready for delivery.

Once the decision was made to purchase, they brought us tea and biscuits. So nice
