Thoroughly professional and friendly experience. Melissa even made us tea and biscuits while we considered options. She helped us reduce those options to a shorter list which we could review and make our choice.
We are looking forward to the arrival of the chairs.

Husband is already a customer of HSL so returned and purchased the latest chair for myself. The lady was very helpful and go the extra mile to help.

The sales people were very helpful and informative, there was no pressure. Comunication has been excelent.

Welcoming but not pushy staff. Staff were knowledgeabl and helpful. No pressure put on us, in fact we were given all the time we needed. This included a second visit to confirm our choice. Linda was extremely helpful and friendly and a very nice member of your staff.

The showroom is well presented the staff are always friendly helpful and informative. I've recently purchased a sofa the delivery men were excellent on time. Have dealt with HSL over many years and your standard is always reliable.

Very helpful staff at the shop, was shown how the chair worked and the correct size I needed. Shown all the options of colour. Staff very knowledgable. Chair arrived quicker than expected, which was a bonus. Delivery guys Paul D & Jon were fantastic, gave me a call when they were 30 minutes away. They came in and set up the chair, explained how it worked. Very pleasant and polite. An all round great experience from start to finish.

Delivery was cancelled twice, couldn't give another delivery date, only after losing my temper and said I wanted a full refund funnily enough a date was given.

Lovely Janice was very helpful explaining everything about the chair I chose,she didn't rush us and was aware of all my needs and was kind and caring.The Quality of the chairs is excellent.Will definitely recommend the Wellingborough store to everyone

Janice and Jo were just lovely, they were at the Wellingborough branch. They never rushed into buying the Chair, a week or so later I was back buying a Sofa. They were so frindly, they sat me down measured me to the precise size, offered me so many swatches, and it was correct selection. Thank you 😊

My first time in a HSL store.I was encouraged to take my time and sit on different chairs to see which were suitable for me.
I wasn't pressured into anything, which I found reassuring.

We visited the Wellingborough store to look at their products and was greeted with a friendly welcome. Our son and daughter in law recommended the store as they had bought chairs from them .
We were attended by Linda who asked what we were looking for. We were after a couple of chairs. She talked us through what they had got and we sat in quite a few but then we went for the Glenmore range. She offered us a cup of tea and biscuits while we were choosing. We were offer different cushions to sit on and looked at so many fabrics it was hard to choose but eventually found one we both liked. We made our purchase and were very happy with the guidance and help we received. We would highly recommend the store for its helpful and friendly staff.

From initial visit to showroom in Wellingborough to the delivery and installation on a snowy day it was a smooth and easy experience. Thanks to the staff in store and Chris and Terry for the delivery and fitting.

Our experience at the Wellingborouogh store today was absolutely wonderful. Johanna was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgable and made choosing our Aysgarth chair and sofa very easy. Thoroughly recommend HSL.

Melissa was super helpful, explaining all the different motor & recliner options within the chairs , She then explained all the covering materials from leather to fabric & delivery details .
She was very knowledgeable and helpful and made choosing the furniture a very pleasant experience

Our HSL chairs were delivered today (15 December 25) and my wife and I are very pleased with not only the chairs themselves but also the excellent service we received from HSL in general.

Starting with the people at the HSL showroom in Wellingborough (Northants) who initially advised us and helped us to make the right choice of the most suitable chairs for our needs, through to the delivery team today, comprising Jed and Alex, my wife and I are very impressed by the overall care and attention we've received from HSL. Visited the Wellingborough store to see if was going to be possible to get a chair before Christmas. Melissa was very helpful with the selection and finding stock and it has now arrived and is in use. Mother is very happy with it.
