Polite friendly patient and very helpful and never felt I was being rushed

From start to finish the staff at HSL were knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy leaving me to wander around the store to try different chair models. On the day of delivery I was contacted by Alex 30 minutes before they arrived. Both Alex and Shane quietly and efficiently installed my furniture and advised how to use the remote control. An excellent company to deal with.

The York show room is very good with good parking.

Recently purchased the Riser Recliner Chair online for my mum... it was a great service , HSL kept in touch to keep us updated ... delivery man Craig was exceptional. He set it up and showed mum.how to use it ... and she absolutely loves the chair... its very comfortable, exactly what she wanted.

Very helpful excellent service

The experience of buying an HSL chair was very easy. We visited the York showroom and met by a consultant. She asked our requirements and showed us several different models. She checked out height and guided us to the right size. She talked us through the pricing and process of manufacturing,timing and delivery. Each chair is made to order and we were very happy with the whole experience of viewing .
Cannot praise the staff for the care and consideration.
Now looking forward to our delivery very soon

The lady, who was leaving the following day and gentleman were exceptional.
They explained everything very carefully and it was a very relaxed time. Would thoroughly recommend HSL.

Putting a flyer through our door was a help as it informed us of you. We found the shop and parking easy. The staff were all very knowledgeable about the products, helpful on fit for the chairs and not pushy. We were offered a cup of tea etc which was a help when you come a distance. After 3 visits we decided on the chairs we have ordered and look forward to using them. Thank you for your help.

As soon as we arrived in store we were greeted by Kerr. He was very helpful explaining and showing us lots of different options for my elderly mum. We were only planning on looking however we ended up purchasing a chair that he measured to her size. He explained the full process right through to delivery and receiving the chair. Great service thank you. 😊
