As always with Walsh's I recently had a fantastic experience buying a welder. Anthony took so much time out to show us the machine, made sure we knew all the details and was on hand to help when we contacted with questions after the purchase. I cannot fault the service - it was impeccable and it was so reassuring and helpful at a time when we were making a significant purchase for our small business. Thank you!

Hi i went down to HS Walsh in Birmingham to look at the Orion welders and Laser welders. I made an appointment with Anthony who was extremly helpful and ran through the pros and cons of both the laser and pulse Arc orion welders.
He let me have a go on the machines so i could get use to how they worked, there was no pressure sales just honest advice. I told Anthony i was just here to asses the two types etc. A was in the process of winding up and thanking Anthony for his time then something came over me and i thought Why Not !! and i bought the Orion C-100, i think he was alittle shocked that i had suddenly made up my mind we both had a laugh about it and the deal was done.

Anthony - as always is helpful and honest about what the kit will and will not do - which makes decisions on kit very easy.

I have always purchased tools from Walsh tools. Their product range an knowledge is excellent. They have great customer service.

I phoned first to check that they had the item I wanted in stock before I placed an online order. Unfortunately for me, by the time it was processed, it was no longer in stock. I was sent an email from Sales putting my item on backorder but because I couldn't wait for more than a month, I phoned and asked for a refund. This was processed straight away, for which I am grateful. The customer service was very good and I will return.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, placed an order and was unsure of a few items. The Walsh representative was very patient and recommended products that were more suited to me and my business rather than selling me a more expensive product. After I received my order I contacted them for advice on installing a couple of machines and they guided me through the whole process and even sent me PDF guides and instructions. Highly recommended and will now be my only place to purchase my tools and equipment from!

Ordered a heep of GRS equipment, compressor, engravers, hone, etc. Started with a delay as a couple of bits had to come from the US. Finally set up the compressor and discovered it was 110v not 240v so they sent me a replacement 'a better one'. It arrived covered in oil and broken with water in the cilinder, so I can only imagine They we're palming me off with a used one.
They ordered another one from the US but it broke in transit, so another one was ordered (we are now at 4 attempts). Had to stay in all day for the old compressors to be collected (very heavy).
The staff were apologetic, but that's all they did, nothing as compensation for the weeks without the kit. I had turned down a cheeper quote from another supplier. I will order from the US next time.
Walsh have an old fashioned idea of customer service.

Needed some watch tools and found this company online.
I Thought I would visit the Hatton Garden branch to buy in person.
On a quite dull Tuesday morning found the staff to be so utterly friendly and helpful as I only wanted a couple of small watch tools. They were very informative when questioned about the products that I was interested in.

was in Hatton Garden branch this morning and was really put at ease with great service from staff member! i was a total girl had to take in chuck to be sure of correct drill shanks got a visor whilst i was at it and he gave me 10 % discount to boot nice one Walshes i will be back😉
