Bad Hosting Experience.

I bought a server on the 02/15. One day after, the Hosting suddenly vanished and so did my server.
The hosting was terribly slow when it was still up. So please search for an other provider, HT Hosting is not the right place.

You get what you pay for

Amazing performance, great network, solid DDoS protection, astonishingly low prices, ok support.

But at what cost? Their hosting got hacked and they lost all data from all servers (well, still not certain) and caused days of downtime.

As a bonus you can expect regular downtime by default.

If you need hosting for some very small projects, where data and uptime is not important and you're on a budget, this may be the one to go. Else, please stay away.

Unacceptable Data Loss and Poor Communication

I experienced a two-week server outage due to an unannounced migration, which resulted in the complete loss of my data. Despite assurances, they failed to restore my VPS, and communication was sparse throughout the process. When I requested a refund due to the downtime and data loss, they refused, citing a "prepaid" policy, even though I never received the service I paid for. I had two VPS services with them and am thoroughly dissatisfied with both. I would not recommend this provider to anyone who values their data and reliable service.

Pending status of service after 15 days of purchase

We have choose this provider by Trustpilot reviews.

Unfortunately after 3 days of purchase of a dedicated server, the status of the service is still Pending.

I can understand the dedicated server needs to be manually installed, but after 3 days no information from them.

I have asked them through email (1 day ago), but they did not answer it yet.

That is why I need to try through Trustpilot review.

Sorry guys, but this is not cool.

I cannot find my order number. But my Invoice number is HT-16347, My support PIN is 721945.

Now I think they do not have any servers.

I have asked to return the money for the service in their ticket system (Ticket #647925). But after a few days they just closed the ticket.

Stay as far away from this company as possible

A grade 0 experience.
I bought my first service from them around the beginning of 2023, a vps at 60 euro on a friend's account that had to be changed in no half a month because I got 12 hours DDOS continuously. Staff was very unresponsive to ticks or on Discord, they didn't even care.
In December I decided to give them a second chance, buy a Ryzen KVM to do some work. The VPS I bought, I noticed I needed more resources and wanted to upgrade. Upgrade I couldn't do directly but had to ticket them. The VPS I bought on the company. They got back to me after 2-3 days and I told them to put my VAT number xxxx..... They made me a new invoice with the full price of the next tier of vps, so basically they wanted after I paid X euro for a vps, the upgrade to them means a new vps with full price. Don't think they would have added 2-3-4-5 euro more to the existing one, they didn't do that. I didn't agree to that and on top of that, they took the VAT off my invoice as they should have but put the VAT in the vps price. So that I pay more money than the product costs on the website. I said I want a refund, the 14 days hadn't passed and not even 3. THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUND because you accept this when placing the order. I don't know how they make their own laws. The ticket took 18 days and still no resolution. In the same ticket they didn't respond until 10 days later. I guess they waited for the 14 days to pass so I don't have to say refund or I don't know.
I also had a StorageBox once and that one went really bad, you had no upload/download speed at all, it was somewhere around 2.8mb/s, whereas with every other host company I tried, the minimum was 20mb/s - 90 mb/s max.
Whatever it is and even if the prices attract you, STAY AWAY FROM HT-HOSTING for your sanity. And for anyone who doesn't believe this review, try it for yourselves.

One Of The Best Price For Performance Ratio (VPS)

I've been hunting around and using various providers for my VPS needs. HT-Hosting is by far one of the best IMO. While support is a bit slow to reply in some case (depending on certain factors) they will still check on and resolve your issues even if the support ticket isn't updated right away. That and the available offerings for what I SPECIFICALLY wanted was an issue. The VPS setup was quick and speeds are great. My issue is that none of the providers seem to have separate drives for secondary storage. This means a Windows reinstall will result in the storage drive also being wiped. This is not the case on Linux however, as you have more control over what's done during a Linux setup. Overall a great company to do business with!

*EDIT*
Just advising that I've tested a second time with having a reinstall done. The secondary drive actually did not get formatted. The problem seems to be the length of time it takes for the initial format. Bumped up from 4 stars to 5 as a result. Only reason for not continuing the service is a repeated glitch where the server becomes unavailable remotely. This was dealt with but returned - I think it's a hardware problem on the AMD platform that I did not see on the Intel platform.

Bought a palworld server and its good

I bought a palworld server at the it worked really good, server is stable but need a restart after a couple of hours (game problem) because of memory leak. Server restart is really fast also backup for safty is good and there is no slot limit like the other hosters. Good choice

It took the customer service staff 4…

It took the customer service staff 4 days to resolve the work order I submitted. The problem that needed to be solved was that the server stayed in the reinstallation state without reinstalling after reinstalling the server.
