Great quality mineral undies in natural fabrics. The fit of these was amazing, and now that i have found this brand i just simply cant look back.
I purchased a bunch of thongs and cheeky bums last year, and then recently placed another order for their seamless thongs. Unfortunately these run much smaller than the other pairs. I ordered the same size are my original thong version, but they were significantly tighter. I am keeping them incase i lose some weight.. The quality of their seamless pcs is still good but the sizing is way way off. All in all, i will continue to buy from this brand exclusively. I love that i can wear these underwear to the gym and sweat profusely and they never stink! The little moon logo on the back is so adorable!!! Love that.

I bought about $100 worth of underwear from this company during a black friday sale. Their products are overpriced to begin with, so I waited for a sale to finally purchase.
They advertise refunds and exchanges after one FULL WEAR AND WASH. Which sounds excellent...
until I went to return a couple pairs that didn't quite fit right. Mind you, I purchased different sizes to try on.
During the refund process, they then tell me that absolutely NOTHING that is discounted is eligible for return/exchange. This means anything and everything on sale during black friday, cyber monday and other various promotions are ineligible.
There is no indication of this on the "checkout" screen. It should have said "final sale" or something to that effect while checking out to indicate to the customer that these are in fact final sale. The fact that during black friday when practically every single item is on sale, means they kept every penny made off of their deceptive "sale items are ineligible for refund/exchange" policy

After much time and so much of a hassle they gave me a few bucks in store credit. Which is terrible...I don't want my money going to this company. It would be so different if they just honored their original claim.

Unfortunately only one star for their product. Having a good product is not enough these days. For me I need hq customer service. I need order updates, prompt responses.. not waiting over a week and a half for a processing update, and then finally reaching out myself and then receiving the information.

Giving a bit disorganized..

The final straw is writing an email and asking for information and a request, and being totally ignored altogether.

Bad for business.
