They never sent proof...
They did not die cut...
I'm stuck with 200 stickers that aren't what we wanted. You should be honest with your customers. Caught you in numerous lies.

Super grainy & low quality print job. if quality matters for your project do not go with this company. Came quick though.

Got my order of 600 stickers, and boy do I wish I'd ordered a physical proof. The printing is grainy and faded and does not match the digital proof at all. I had another batch done by a different company, and those were rich and vibrant. Same exact files.

I contacted the company and was told,
"We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your products. If you would like to return your stickers with their original packaging, you will have to supply your own shipping label. We are only able to refund 50% of your order, as we generally do not allow any type of refund or returns on custom products. You can read our refund policy here.

It appears that you have already approved the proofs for order #(redacted) and it is already in production. Since this order is already in production, we are only able to offer a 50% refund, as we typically do not allow cancellations on pending productions. Please let me know how you would like to proceed."

Remember, stickers are custom products. Which is what they sell. So I told them I'd keep the garbage stickers.

I have another order "in production" that still registers as "We've received your order." Order placed on November 27th, it's December 5th, no update in the production. So it cannot be cancelled or refunded, apparently. Hopefully these ones are actually usable. I will post again with an update when those get here.

I'm a small business and hate to rate another small business so poorly but I wanted to share my experience. I had ordered two designs of 100pcs each. The first batch came in terrible, I don't even think anyone looked at them before shipping. So I emailed them and they agreed to a reprint. I got the reprint and while they are a tad better, my own stickers I make with a regular office printer are much more vibrant, along with smoother cut lines. I emailed them again and they refuse to make things right with another reprint or refund so I'm out my own money with no usable products. Super disappointed as I wanted to support another small business instead of the big guys but they do not run an ethical business. I'm sure they will respond to this review and twist the narrative but the pictures and proofs don't lie.

Very poor customer service with a attitude to boot. Wouldn't deal with them again.
I wouldn't have expected any other reply from them. Talk about RUDE no manners. If you promise to send someone their tracking number make sure you spell their email address correctly. This company is a joke beware! And when you promise that the order will be shipping in 5-7 business days then do so. I don't think I would have gotten them at all if I had not put pressure on them. As for calling them a "scam" what I actually said was I was beginning to think I got scammed because I never received the tracking. Don't need them anymore there are thousands of companies who make stickers.

Great quality stickers, even better prices. Super responsive with emails. Great on social media , comments and responses to any questions. They remember you and your artwork. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME love them
