The are two problems I have encountered with my three orders:
1. The parts are not made to print.
2. The CMM reports that I have requested were either incomplete or wrong. Didn’t catch the parts being made not to print.

HUBS delivered exactly what we needed: top-notch 3D printed parts with outstanding quality. The parts were precise, consistent, and honestly the best we've ever seen. We used their HP MJF technology with HP PA 12 material, and the results were flawless.
Gabrielle VanBeaver, our account rep, made the whole process smooth. She was attentive, proactive, and ensured everything went according to plan.

Great service overall
They quoted a fair price and were able to manufacture to our specs. Lead time was not the shortest but acceptable. Their platform is user-friendly, they can manufacture from STEP files without need for 2D drawings.

Machined components for testing
I purchased several machined components for an assembly to do some testing.
The process to order and costing is good.
The only flaw with the service is that specifying tapping of holes or specific tolerances is not included without some extra steps.
