Their system is trash cant update policy
Their system is trash, they cant update policy that is why you need to get a new quote and get new policy. They will tell you that do not worry as arrangement fee is waived, however they still charge me the Arrangement fee. And they cant do anything to refund the arrangement fee when clearly they told me that it will be waived. And the last resort is, they told me if I am not happy that they cant refund. I need to cancel my policy with them. They just wasted my time!

online experience setting up policy was ok
online experience setting up policy was reasonably ok, I had a few questions and had a difficulty actually speaking to a real person but once that was achieved questions were dealt with professionally.
It will be interesting to see if the same professionalism and response will be forthcoming if I make a claim in the future.

House & contents claim
When our home was lost due to bushfire Huddle were amazing to work with. Our claims manager was knowledgeable, helpful, supportive and incredibly patient. Our claim was settled quickly and we were kept updated through the entire process. I highly recommend Huddle as an insurance provider.
