Have tried ordering a personalised bag for our flower girl and as the wedding was in just over 6 weeks from the order date, I messaged HudsonBlu immediately to ask if this was sufficient time. Just under 3 weeks to the wedding now and despite sending several further emails I have not had any replies whatsoever. I’ve now messaged and asked for my money to be refunded however based on my experience of this company so far I’d be surprised if I receive a reply. This will be taken up with my card provider. Zero customer service, and as yet zero product arrived. I would not deal with this company again.

Ordered a personalised bag for my honeymoon delivery took a little longer but that wasn’t a big issue however when it arrived there are beads missing, ink on the bag, the name is not straight. I could have probably got better quality from SHEIN! I have emailed and messaged on Facebook with no response. I have now taken a payment dispute up with my bank! I thought I was buying good quality for the price

HudsonBlu were so very helpful sharing colour samples with me before ordering and my clutch has now arrived and it is everything I wanted and more! Thank you so much, highly recommend

I ordered my wedding clutch bag from Hudson Blu Designs and cannot compliment the bag or the girls enough! I enquired via instagram with a few personalisations I wanted to my bag and the girls were SOOOOO helpful in making sure it was perfect and it was. The quality of the bag is second to none! And definitely worth the wait. I then went on to have a custom hospital and nappy bag made by Hudson Blu, too. Honestly the best company! Cannot wait to order more from them in the future 🥰

I have followed Hudson Blu Designs for a long time and knew I wanted a bag from them for my wedding day! They did not disappoint!! The quality is incredible and you can see the hard work that goes into to making their products. My beautiful handmade clutch was such a statement piece on my wedding day and I received so many compliments from our guests. I would strongly recommend

Dress I ordered fitted awful and the fabric so wrinkled I cannot tell you how bad!

All I can say is wow. My bag for my wedding is absolutely stunning. Abby kept me well informed and communication was amazing. The colour match to my Sophia Webster Pink butterfly shoes is stunning. I love love love my bag and the date inside is just the icing on the cake. I’ve now just seen flower girls bags so will be ordering those too. Highly recommend.

I ordered a personalised bag in October for my daughter for her wedding. Admittedly it’s not until next year, so there is no rush.
However, after a few emails there has only been one email to say that it was being shipped, that was on the 20th November. No bag has arrived and unable to track.
I have emailed again asking what is going on, but I’ve had no response. Very poor customer service. Just a simple message saying they are busy is fine but there has been nothing.
Would not recommend if you are in a rush for a bag.

I reached out to Abby with a design I had in mind, and she absolutely outdone herself! The quality, the design, everything about it is incredible. From my first initial email, to the moment I had the bag in my hand the customer service was impeccable. Honestly could not recommend enough!

Being a last minute bride I messaged Hudson Blue designs for a rush order, from the first message to delivery absolutely perfect customer service. My order was bumped up and communication was perfect! 4 days and counting till wedding and I’m sure it’ll have many compliments. Excellent quality!

Ordered the tassel bag for my wedding and i absolutely LOVED it! It was stunning and loved the fact i could get our date personalised inside it. I wasnt sure of colours but they were so good at helping me pick and replied so quickly!

I brought two bags for me and my daughter, I got them personalised too. It added to the extra glam of the bags. I absolutely loved them. They are incredible quality and the service was amazing, I’ll be back for more for sure. Highly recommended xxx

From the beginning I have had a great experience! I had emailed quite late to request a bag and they managed to squeeze me in last minute to make sure I had my bag for my abroad wedding in Santorini! The bag is so beautiful and I'm so grateful that they were able to fit me in at such short notice! I would and will be 100% recommending! Thank you so much!

Absolutely beautiful bag ordered for my future daughter in law, the only thing I would advise is to order in plenty of time because it does take a while but definitely worth the wait

The one star is purely on customer service… I am yet to receive my order that was placed 10 weeks ago so is not judged on the product.

I ordered a personalised bag on the 13th May for my best friends wedding in Aug 2024. On the website a personalised bag would take 6 weeks so haven’t chased until after the 6 week period.

I have sent many emails and messages over social media and I have not had a single response as to my order.

I am very concerned that the website is a scam and has taken my money but won’t be receiving my order.

I love shopping at Hudson Blu Designs.

Over the past couple of years i have made multiple purchases from this store and have always been very pleased with my order. Especially when I came up with the idea of adding multiple gold stars to one of the bags I was ordering and they couldnt have been more accomadating.
