I had to return my purchase and although I couldn't get a refund there and then ( some system thing with the till ) they processed my refund later and confirmed by call and email. Superb customer service.

We use recyled paper to pack when we have a very fragile item. The item you ordered was very fragile and sadly couriers don't take as much care as they should. This mitigates you receiving a broken item and us having to send another one which would be more wasteful all round.
